The cabin was beautiful! Everything was like described. Hot tub was great and it was nice having the tvs in most rooms. Everyone could watch what they wanted when they wanted. Pool table, shuffle board and theatre was nice for entertainment. Grocery store wasn’t far. The drive in from the main road had one area that was a bit scary but we would definitely stay again and hope to be back! Great get away with the teens and family! Thank you!

Our family of five with college-aged kids had a great weekend. This is a high-quality property with a great view. Tons of outdoor porch space was great.

The home was very nice and cozy. I had everything needed to prepare meals(thankfully). We unfortunately arrived at night and being city light people, it was an adventure up. If you do stay here drive AWD, 4WD. It did not like my minivan and we literally had to push our way off Wild view hollow rd. So blessed we were able too. I will say it did not take away from the great time with my family.

We had a wonderful vacation. Things you should know however. The road to the cabin can be terrifying. If you have 4wd, bring that vehicle. Some of the doors of the cabin stuck due to shifting of the cabin over time. There is a broken knob on the stove for front left burner. It almost caused us to damage a charcuterie board because it was bumped and it lit up. It was difficult to maintain a proper temperature on the stove. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay with family!

We had a great time here! The only reason I gave 3 stars for the location is because of the road/driveway. It was a little treacherous but we made it! Lots of things to do and the kids loved the movie theater and pool table. VERY clean and enjoyed every day! The front porch and hot tub were my highlights! Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family get-away

This cabin had lots of space to spread out and had everything we needed to cook and relax for the week. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions. Our grandsons loved the theater room and screened in porch. Short drive to Blue Ridge. Would definitely recommend

Hale Family Vacation

What a fantastic house. This suited our family needs perfectly. The kids did not want to leave as they enjoyed the game room and movie theater. The views were amazing and great air flow when you open the doors and windows.

Cozy and beautiful cabin

This cabin has a beautiful view and something for all ages! We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host was quick to respond and help to the best of their ability. Would definitely come back!

Great Getaway for Friends or Family

This was a long overdue Girls trip. The communication with the host was great. Check-in was a breeze. The cabin was beautiful and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The only caution I would give is that the road is not paved as you get closer to the cabin and there is a steep graveled hill that some of us had a hard time getting up when we were leaving.

Beautiful Views and Great Host

The property has amazing views of the valleys and the place is both comfortable and packed with entertainment and places to congregate together. The host is highly communicative and easy to reach with concerns, and quick to address concerns.

Overall the property was clean and fairly spacious. Communication with owner was quick. Media room was a highlight.A few things to note:- the main floor has 1 bathroom and it's located in the master br- hot tub levels were pretty low (about 8 in). Owner said this was to prevent overflowing when multiple people were in it, but we put 4 adults in the tub and it wasn't close.- listing says 5 bedrooms, but it's really 4. They count a sofa in a living room as a bedroom (might as well count the outside daybed)- almost every room was under lit - dim light bulbs made it difficult to see puzzles, read, or play board games

Private cabin with a lot of amenities

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin this weekend, the kids were entertained by the various games. Ending the evening with a beautiful sunset from the porches. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely worth it but driver beware

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The beds were amazing! Movie theater and hot tub were great features too. Hot tub was a little "dirty" due to algae growth but that wasnt a big deal to us. Location was great in relation to our trip itinerary. However, driver beware of the road leading to driveway. It is currently gravel and we got stuck trying to get back up it on rainy/after rainy days. This was voiced to the hosts and they gave a good advice that worked to get out. The hosts are quick to respond when concerns are voiced.

Wonderful house on bad road

The house was excellent!!! Loved the view, the kitchen, game room and especially the theater room!The description should be clarified that the mile or two leading to the house IS A DIRT ROAD in very hilly country. We got to the house ok, however it took 4 tries to leave the property. It was a rutted dirt road with gravel, going uphill..We were in a front wheel drive med size SUV.The house is awesome, just wish the road was better.

Quick Getaway

Property was more than expected. Well appointed, plenty of room and activities to not have to leave the home if you didn't need to. The communication was awesome as well with the owners. We will be back.
