This beautiful and welcoming apartment, complete with colorful landscaping, is perfect for quick getaways with family and friends, offering a wonderful time. It's a two-level walk-up unit in a tranquil community. The balcony features two patio chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and savoring an early morning coffee. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes from the city center and a range of popular attractions in the area. The ground floor has a laundry room and a garden. Full disclosure, the ground-floor apartment is not part of the second-floor short-term rental. All three bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, and window shades. The modern kitchen is equipped with new appliances, and the contemporary living room furniture includes a Boss CD player w/ CDs. Additionally, the living room consists of a large TV with a DVD player. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Beaches are 20 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at this upper-floor apartment. It was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and had air conditioners in every bedroom, plus a console unit in the dining room that kept the kitchen, dining, and living areas comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.One feature we appreciated was having access to a washer and dryer, although they were located downstairs outside the apartment. Unfortunately, the dryer did not produce heat, so clothes took a very long time to dry.The biggest issue during our stay was that the water heater stopped working, so there was no hot water. Our host, Fernán, did his best to get it repaired, but it required more time than was available during our visit. As a result, we ended up showering and doing laundry at our family’s home.We also appreciated that Fernán acknowledged the inconvenience and provided us with a 50 discount because of the hot water issue. His responsiveness and willingness to make things right were appreciated.Despite these inconveniences, we appreciated Fernán’s responsiveness and efforts to resolve the problem. If the apartment had reliable hot water and a functioning dryer, we would have easily rated it an 10 out of 10.

Hi Evelyn, I appreciate your review. I wish you had called me on the hot dryer issue. The gas tank valve is closed when the machines are not in use. I've scheduled a solar hot water installation for July 13th. Sorry, it did not work out during your stay. Do you use ATH Movil or Chase Zelle? I can send you the $50.00. Spacious and convenient.

Property is equipped with the comforts of home. Mattresses are extra firm, downstairs neighbor is an early bird and enjoys to play music so he may need a reminder the upstairs is occupied and reat is a necessity. Clean, spacious and host is very accommodating. Washer and dryer on 1st level shared with tenant, dryer uses propane so have to check the tank to ensure it has gas in it.

Family Escape

Me and my family stood over at Mr. Luna house near the beach for 9 days im The beginning of August of 2023. We had an amazing time as Mr. Luna was very friendly and very hospitable. His home consist of Three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms( of which i wish the water pressure would of been better). Confortable open concept Kitchen/ Dining/ Living-room. The home is fully Air conditioned and has its own private and gated garage which comfortably can fit 3 cars atleast. I loved the close proximity to major roads ( route 2 was a 3min drive and route 22 was about 6min). House sits on a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home for whatever occasion anyone may have. I will definitely use Mr. Luna’s house again for any future trips. Thanks for your hospitality Mr.Luna.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Despite arriving late due to travel delays, Maritza was warm and welcoming. The home was just as described in the listing, with one small detail: there are two units on the property, one tenant-occupied. It wasn’t an issue, but we were a bit surprised to see another vehicle when we arrived.The street has some bumps and potholes, which is common throughout Puerto Rico, so drive carefully. Once at the property, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. While there is air conditioning, we didn’t need to use it much thanks to the great cross breeze from the open windows. We also appreciated the doorstops that kept the doors from slamming.The property is gated, adding a sense of security. The owner provides cooler bags and beach towels, which we didn’t realize at first. We bought some towels and left them for future guests. The kitchen had all the essentials—coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cups, and plates.The power went out briefly between 9 and 10 AM each day, but it came back on quickly. The best part? The gas stove, so you can keep cooking or have a dance party even when the power’s out!Would we stay again? Absolutely!

This modern apartment house is specious with plenty of light and ventilation from large window. There is a balcony to relax and have your morning coffee and plan your day ahead. We have a beautiful garden to workout or just relax or read a book. We offer Wi-Fi, TV, DVD and CD player, movies, books, a domino table for players and board games.

This property is located North West of the Island, about 35 minutes away from Old San Juan, the 25 minutes from Bayamon. At the same time we are 15 minutes away from two very beautiful beaches. If your into shopping, we have the Barceloneta Mall with premium outlets about 20 minutes away. We have many restaurants around the area to enjoy the Puerto Rican cuisine and also sports bars.
