The “Spanish Wells” country club and neighborhood is located a 9-10 min drive or 20 min bicycle ride from one of the top 2 beaches in the U.S., “Barefoot Beach”. It is a quiet, gated, and safe community. There is a golf course and tennis courts located nearby, and it’s not a busy road for walking or biking.
The house is beautifully decorated with a spacious open floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you may need to prepare and serve your meals. There are plenty spaces for seating in the kitchen and bar area.
The open living room and family room have big flat screen UHDTV’s with a variable selection of cable tv stations, internet, and streaming services.
There is a beautiful view to the pool with a screened lanai and triple french patio doors from the family room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom.
The roomy master bedroom has a king size bed, 55” flat screen TV, two walk-in closets, and an onsite master bathroom.
The second bedroom, usually the kids room, has two bunk bed, a flatscreen tv, and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.
A bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
A separate fourth bedroom (a second master bedroom) unit has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with direct access to/from the pool area.
The lighted pool has a western exposure. The pool can be heated upon request for an extra $20/night (covers electric costs).
The outside/backyard is private with a flatscreen TV and covered/uncovered seating beside the pool.
There is also a gas grill station outside if the screened area.
There are also banana, lime, peach, grapefruit, and palm trees on the property.
