We welcome guests over age 27 & families.
Second floor unit with a stunning view of the Gulf. Master bedr and living room both gulfront.
3 Bedrooms, each with its own bath-2 King Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom w/ 2 Twin Beds.

Free Beach Service Setup: Umbrella 2 Loungers from 1Mar-31Oct

Unit is on the Gulf of Mexico. Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald Waters.
All New vinyl Wood Planking. The toilets have been replaced with TOTO toilets. All new kitchen.
Washer & dryer is in the unit.
Unit is on second floor, which is one floor above ground level, about 13 feet above the ground.

Full access to Condo. Including Outdoor patio, Pool, and Outdoor Barbecue Area.
Free parking no limit on vehicles

STRICT No Smoking policy. IF you smoke do not book my condo; you will be evicted!, ! Please do not ask!! Please book somewhere else! Please no yelling and screaming!!! No Partying!!!
