Whether you're here for a work trip, a weekend escape, or to visit loved ones, this well-appointed one-bedroom apartment delivers everything you need, including a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace.

**The Space**

This thoughtfully designed suite ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay.

* **Living & Work:** The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, and a dedicated desk with high-speed WiFi, creating the perfect spot for remote work or planning your adventures.

* **Bedroom:** Unwind in the cozy queen bedroom, complete with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, soft linens, and blackout curtains for a truly restful night's sleep.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** A full kitchen stocked with cookware and essentials allows you to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy them at the indoor dining area or take them outside to the patio.

Guests will have private access to the entire garden-level apartment. You will also have access to stress-free private garage parking for one vehicle.

Please note that this is a garden-level suite. The expansive patio with bay views is a shared space, located on an upper level of the building and accessible to guests from this and two other vacation units.

Fabulous location and friendly condo community. Amenities were everything that made the stay pleasant and feel like “home.” Responsive host. Welcoming holiday basket of goodies that were an extra treat. Nice to have a designated garage space for parking and glad that the space was brightly lit up after dark. Loved being able to walk a few blocks to a coffee shop and small pub grill.

Unit very clean and well stocked. Garage parking was nice but below the unit, so carrying luggage up the hill was a bit of a challenge.

Very clean and cute condo with well equipped kitchen and rooftop water view deck. Soft sheets, blockout curtains in bedroom and quiet atmosphere makes for a relaxing stay. Excellent communication with manager who attended promptly to any detail. Perfect location for me.

Convenient condo for 2

This room is one of four (from my perspective) 1bd spaces on the basement of a large house. It’s fairly private, cute and modern. The rooms are clustered together, so it’s not ultra quiet. The neighborhood is charming and location is very convenient to Ruston way (waterfront options) and downtown. We would stay here again.

Fabulous, Simply Fabulous!

This was our second stay at this wonderful condo. On this trip, we planned to stay for one month however we enjoyed our stay so much we extended for a second month. Jenell is delightful and takes the very best care of her guests. The condo has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is walkable to many restaurants and a shortvdrive to all the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Lovely little condo in a great location!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in a Corporate Condo rental. We stayed in the one bedroom last week (the 2 bedroom next door back in March). The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I. It had all the essentials, lovely decor and in a great location for our family visit. The condo is spotless upon arrival; and I've been so impressed with the attention to details with the condo- k-cups for the coffee pot, all the small appliances needed for cooking, snacks and teas available, lovely toiletries and small necessities available in the bathroom. Jenell is excellent with communication and checks in to make sure you have everything you need.The condo is minutes from where my son and his family live, in the North End of Tacoma. It is also minutes walking down to the water and some great little spots to eat and drink- The Spar, Currans Coffee and Anthem Coffee. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying with Corporate Condos and their properties.

cute & comfy!

I was attending an event in the area and this condo was perfect for my stay! It's cute, clean, and the bed is comfortable :D If you plan to cook, the kitchen ha severything you need. There's a nice coffee shop a couple blocks away, and it's a quick walk down to the bay. I'd absolutely book again!

Old Town Tacoma stay

This was the perfect location to enjoy Tacoma for a long or short stay. Everything we needed was there. We were able to eat in often because cooking amenities were plentiful. Communication with management exceptional.

Tacoma North

This was a perfect place for my husband and I because we could easily walk down the street to our son’s house to see our new grandchild. We loved that it had the outdoor patio with a water view. There are several steps up to the the patio and in and out of the rental, but that was fine for us. The Inside met all our needs and nothing was lacking. (Heads up, however, to vegans…there is a fair amount of leather and animal fur.) We would definitely come again!
