This studio is brand new featuring a king bed, kitchen, patio, and loft! Cozy up and stay in or explore. Just a 8 min walk to our neighborhood delightful market and a 15 min walk away is the Pt. Ruston waterfront, a lively, family-friendly destination featuring shopping, entertainment, an indoor public market open daily with local vendors, and dining.

Clean and convenient

The property was spotless and very comfortable. It's location was wonderful as we had quick access to wonderful places like Pt Defiance Zoo and waterfront activities.

This property manager is one of the few property managers allowed to manage their bookings through 3rd party sites. This is not actually stated anywhere in the description and had it been prominently displayed I would have avoided the property.To stay here they require you to provide them sensitive information including copies of your drivers license and do a credit card payment for the downpayment.It's absolutely true that they mention in the property listing that you might be required to provide a security deposit or other information on the day of check-in. The issue is that ALL of that should be required to go through VRBO and not some 3rd party that you have never agreed to use.Their cancellation policy is 30 days. I made a booking on the 4th of August and tried to cancel it only some 4 hours later after it was revealed that I'd have to use some sketchy 3rd party site and VRBO initially indicating to me in chat that the host was violating their policies. Because of the way they have their cancellation policy set even after 4 hours it was impossible to cancel without losing 100% of my funds.It was only after the time I should have been allowed to check in and having contacted VRBO a third time that VRBO told me this host is one of the property managers that is allowed to use a 3rd party site to collect sensitive information and deposits.After I did finally give the host what they wanted I was provided with the wrong code and location information.Stay away.
