The condo is nestled on a quiet street in the Tacoma Dome neighborhood. Overlooking Commencement Bay, the DT Tacoma City skyline and Tacoma Dome!

It is 700 square feet with a spacious and open floor plan and has 1 private bedroom and 1 bath.

Plush Stearns and Foster Queen bed with Hotel Collection linens.

The kitchen features sparkling white granite countertops paired with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you'd need from cookware to coffee!

The bathroom is supplied with towels, shampoo & conditioner, and all basic toiletries.

There is a washer and dryer in the condo and includes laundry detergent, dryer sheets and an iron/ironing board.

The condo is part of a controlled access building, with a keyless lobby and condo door, making entry a breeze!

Relax in the living area on the luxurious leather tufted Chesterfield sofa with some popcorn and Netflix, whip up a meal in the kitchen and enjoy!!

Reserved parking included!

Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.

We spent 3 evenings at the condo, visiting friends in the area. The location was just off I-5 which made it easy to go north and south. McKinley street was very easily accessible to head south into the city. There were a few cute places to eat and drink within walking distance from the condo, and we did not hesitate to walk the area, even in the evening. The condo had sufficient supplies and great toiletries. Comfortable bed, good shower flow on the shower, and its new/clean appearance helped to make a pleasurable few days. Jenell was quite responsive and texted a few times to make sure all was well. We will surely stay there again when we head to Tacoma in the future.

Perfect Place in Tacoma!

The Overlook was a perfect place to stay in Tacoma. Walking distance to the Tacoma Dome and The Lemay's Car Museum. A short drive into the city center was convenient and easy. The condo was spotless and stocked with any required toiletries. In-suite laundry was a bonus and a thoughtful welcome package along with local restaurant and activity recommendations was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in Tacoma.

Overnight stay for Concert

Reserved the condo for Pink's rescheduled Trustfall Concert at the Tacoma Dome, which was originally supposed to be 10/17/23, but she developed a throat infection of some sort, and cancelled several shows. Didn't find out about the rescheduled concert date until December 2023, thats when we booked this, and it didn't disappoint! Great stay!

Very nice

My wife and I use to live in the area and really enjoyed staying in the condo. It was very well kept, great location, quiet neighborhood. Great price. We really enjoyed our time here and will return again soon.
