Camp Pick up

We had the perfect stay at this well located Wolfeboro home. So close to town, great kitchen, toys for the kids were a welcome added addition! Plenty of space for a group of friends picking up kids from camp. Rooms are well sized, comfy beds. The owner made it very easy to check in and check out. Stay here! Great place!

Great Spot!

We loved this property! It was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to have a great time. The property owner was helpful, responsive and kind providing detailed instructions for arrival and check in which were easy to follow. The home was comfortable and everything in Wolfeboro was 2 mins away by car or a 10 minute walk. This place was perfect for us and we will indeed be back.

Very nice home

Lovely home. Very clean. Great kitchen and well equipment. Great bedroom space. Close to town and beach. Kira was wonderful and easy to communicate with. She addressed any of my concerns immediately. There is no air conditioning, so more screens in the windows would be helpful.

We are working on getting all the windows screens, you are totally right about that. It was my pleasure hosting you and glad you enjoyed the stay!

Upon pulling in the driveway, we were worried that the property photographed much larger than it was, but boy were we wrong! There is a ton of space with a thoughtful layout of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have a TON of space for a pack and play or an air mattress if need be. Truly, there’s space for a third full bathroom (or half!) up there. With two washers/dryers, there was no shortage of availability to do laundry if needed. The kitchen is large and decently appointed with utensils and dishware. The two porches are nice to have, though the heated porch could use more furniture - we kept moving the kitchen chairs in and out. There was a leaky appliance, but Kira was SUPER communicative and sent someone out twice to try and figure out the problem. So appreciated! We had one crappy weather day, and the house was great for lounging, game playing, and movie watching. Truly a wonderful space for a big group! The house is on a quiet street next to the hospital, and it’s about a 15-20 stroll into town. Brewster Beach is super close and we enjoyed it a few times during our stay. Should we find ourselves in Wolfeboro, this will be the first place we try to book!

I first came to Wolfeboro in 2020 and immediately regretted not having discovered it sooner! I loved it so much that its now a permanent part of my family's life and we love it in every season. Beach in the summer, hiking in the fall, enjoying the snow in the winter, we love it all!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This home is walking distance -.5m - to the only non permit requiring beach in town (Brewster Beach) and less than a mile to downtown where you will find dining, a super market, kayaking, shopping, the best ice cream, and historic Wolfeboro rail trail. Stop by the local fish market and cook at home or go sit by the waterfront and enjoy dining out. Wolfeboro has it all! You won't find a better location in America's oldest resort town and we hope you will come back every season to see all that Wolfeboro has to offer.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We try to cater to what families would want. The kitchen has everything you would need (suggestions welcome for more!). Instant pot, blender, pots and pans, steamer pot, fun pancake mold, drink refrigerators, you name it! The home has games to keep kids busy, open space to gather, and a nice flat back yard to enjoy. Make smores at the fire pit or challenge each other in ping pong or hungry hippos after a fun filled day out and about!
