Newly built modern and cozy master bedroom in a house with private parking on premise in a quiet neighborhood in San Diego. 12 minute drive to Imperial Beach, Coronado, Downtown, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, San Diego State University. Walking distance to supermarkets, nearest trolley station with five minute walk to bus access.

The suite features newly furnished queen bed, new appliances with access to necessary amenities. A basic place for you to rest and explore downtown San Diego and Coronado.

Can sleep three with notice before arrival, we will provide air mattress with a rate of $30/person/night. If you show up with unannounced guests or visitors. Both owners and Vrbo won't be held liable for them. In case this happens, booking will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.

Approaching your stay, we will send you a checkin email and messages within the Vrbo app, giving you the access code to the suite as well as some necessary instructions for self check-in and during your stay.

- Kitchenette
Providing necessary cooking appliances, spices and kitchenware for light cooking, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker.

- Bedroom
Including a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two people.
An air mattress will be provided for the third person upon request for an extra $15 per night.

- Bathroom
Proving amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bath towels during the stay for two people.
Guest access
The suite features its own kitchenette, dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom and a private parking on driveway.

- Backyard and our dogs
The back door is opened to our back yard, where our two energetic and big Labrador mixed dogs live. You can say hello to them if you are a dog lover with our supervision, because they can be difficult to handle by yourself and are very strong breed. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO INTERACT WITH THEM BEFOREHAND. Ultimately, we encourage you to keep the black metal door closed to prevent our dogs from entering your suite. Please note our dogs might bark and we’ll try our best to limit them from affecting your stay. If you are allergic or don't like dogs in general, please reconsider booking other places.

- Emotional Service Animals
Your ESA is welcomed with you however to ensure the safety of your animal, PLEASE DO NOT let your animal interacts with our dogs. Service animals are welcome to use any open outdoor area IN FRONT OF the suite for relief as long as the you pick up after the animal and leaves the area clean. There will be extra cleaning fee if we have to clean up after your ESA inside and outside of the suite.

- Surveillance
The front and back door of the suite are under 24 hour surveillance for your safety. There is no security cameras inside the premise.
