Amazing stay. This was my very first solo trip from across the country, so this place now has a very special place in my heart! It is the perfect place for a solo traveler to stay in the heart of OB and Sunset Cliffs.

Great location; lovely sitting area; clean and quiet. Bed pillows need replacing and a few amenities would be nice such as a box of tissues, more than one drinking glass per stay (esp. since there are no dishwashing supplies), a paring knife (only plastic utensils and a few paper plates). Also note there is ambient light at night and the only way to get fresh air is to leave the door open.

Great stay!!! Small place, but just what we needed. There is a fridge, microwave and Keurig. You couldn't hope for a better location!!! Right across from the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

One block from the ocean cliffs. Many local shops and restaurants. Unit is fully stocked with amenities. The private outdoor patio was excellent! Parking was always available. Very quiet.

Beach getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a nice weekend away. We had the perfect location to get to where we wanted to go in San Diego, beautiful views and the vibes of the place were immaculate. Love the patio and plants. Will come back every year!

Cozy little getaway

Great little OB property. Blocks away from the cliffs, and only a few minutes by (the provided) bikes to "downtown" OB. The patio was super cute and relaxing. Was exactly what we had hoped for. Would definitely come back!

Great Stay and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. It is really close to the sunset cliffs where you take beautiful walks along the coast. Check in was a breeze and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Extended Weekend visit with my College age son

This was an ideal location and a very comfortable space. I enjoyed my stay and this space met all my standards. Super clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great host! Great location!

Tom’s place was perfect for my girlfriend and I! You can’t beat the Sunset Cliffs location, even on one of the busiest weekends in San Diego. We were here during the 4th of July so we got to see fireworks all along the coast just a block away. Cliff views over the ocean never get old. There were no issues with parking either. The rental itself was the perfect size for the two of us and came with beach towels to use, bikes to ride, along with some beach chairs. Tom is also amazing, as we left a watch there and he offered to ship it back to us. Would love to stay here again!
