Updated Ocean/beach front 1st floor Condo with pool & hot tub

Just Beachy is a spectacular first floor, spacious end unit condo in the sought after SurfMaster By The Sea high rise in beautiful Garden City, SC (Murrells Inlet). With sprawling beach, ocean, and pool views from the open living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as, the primary bedroom. The large sliding door in the living room and primary bedroom, opens to a large balcony with ample comfortable seating. The sound of waves crashing can be heard throughout the day & night!

Just Beachy was recently updated and tastefully decorated throughout. Large dining table easily seats 8, with 2 extra chairs available. There is also 6 bar stools for kitchen island seating. The sofa sleeper accommodates two extra guests. All three bedrooms have en suite baths, two full bathtubs and one standing shower. The bunk bedroom has two full/twin bunks, to sleep 6 people. There is a pack-n-play and portable/folding high chair if you’re traveling with an infant.

The open kitchen is fully stocked with major and minor appliances, as well as, dishes, bakeware/cookware, and a variety of wine glasses. We have also stocked the cupboards with plastic drink ware for use on the balcony and pool area.

There is a closet full of beach gear for your use, including a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, Bogg beach bag, and coolers. There are beach towels available upon request.

A new full sized and efficient stacked washer dryer has been installed behind a stylish sliding barn door. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.

You will have direct beach and pool access by walking down one flight of stairs or taking the elevator. There are two gated pools and hot tubs for your use, with private code access.

You will have two parking passes for your stay. Covered parking is available, or you can choose to park on the parking deck on the same level as Just Beachy’s entrance. Park your car and carry your bags just a short distance, without stairs, to start your vacation!

HD Roku smart TVs are in the living room and all bedrooms. Basic cable provided. WiFi included. And you can just log-in to any of your favorite apps.

Guests get their own private access code (keyless entry) for condo entry. That will deactivate upon check-out for security.

We are steps away from beach bar & grills and a short distance to shops, entertainment, and The Garden City Pier.
