The space
Condo Community; Clubhouse with full Kitchen, Meeting Room, Library, Pool Table, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, Games and Piano
Pool and Cabana, 3 Tennis Courts and 2 Shuffleboard Courts
Laundry room for each unit on each floor
Other things to note
Harbour Royale Condominium Community has 3 simple requirement:
*I will EMAIL you EVERYTHING you need to be compliant with the Condo Community AFTER you have booked the condo! I will not have access to your email or phone number until you have confirmed your booking.
1. Compete a Harbour Royale Tenant Information Form
2. Background Check, with a cost of $50.00 per adult payable to condo Management Company. (Instructions will be emailed).
3. Docusign Contract Completion - I will email this to you once you have booked the condo... it is an electronic contract and can be completed via email in about 2 minutes!
