February beach trip

Beautiful week at the beach

This was our first time to Satellite beach and Paradise beach club. It definitely won't be our last! Our condo was clean as a whistle, beautifully updated and decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs and our host Taylor was attentive to any need we had. We had a perfect view of the ocean. We were even able to sit on our balcony and watch a satellite launch from Cape Canaveral. We are already making plans to go back!

Dream Beach Vacation!

Our family of four (2 adults, 12 and 9 year old), plus our puppy loved this pet friendly resort. The quiet beach front location was idea. Very close walk to the beach. Incredible view from balcony and bedroom. Watched dolphins, fish jumping and birds from balcony. Beach was never busy. Pool had plenty of seating and we appreciated the 6'+ depth. First time traveling with our dog and we feel that this place was extremely accommodating. I loved the room darkening shades in the bedrooms. Even with many occupants we didn't hear our neighbors. Very comfortable beds. We would love to come back sometime!

Building under construction making loud noise all day. Walkways blocked and site usage very restricted. Dangerous safety condition with emergency stairs closed. Catwalks filthy and dusty. Resident seem to lack respect for building and trash removal. No carts to assist with packing. Interior of unit very worn and bath tubs old and stained. Furniture worn and dirty. Ants and bugs in kitchen were problem. Overall very disappointed.

Peaceful retreat

Nice beachfront condo in quiet area of Satellite Beach. We’ll kept property with mostly rentals. Had everything we needed - especially a beautiful view!

Great getaway for our family!

We had a great time during our stay. We loved enjoying our coffee (or wine) from the balcony while taking in the beautiful view. We lucked out with timing and watched a mother sea turtle returning to the water after nesting. The beach was not too crowded, even on Father's Day weekend. Plenty of beach for walking, playing, whatever. The unit had plenty of beach towels and regular bath towels. A well stocked kitchen with tons of pots and pans. Pretty much anything you may need. We loved having access to the body boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc! It was also pretty quiet in terms of not hearing neighbors. Sad to leave but can't wait for our next visit!

2nd floor balcony - 24/7 access to the waves!

We were very pleased with our 3 day getaway at 218 Paradise Beach Club. The unit was very well appointed - a beautiful home away from home. The complex is very well maintained. This was our first trip with our little chihuahua and he was as comfortable and content as we were in our unit. I only wish that dogs were permitted on the beach but that didn’t spoil our stay. We found a small dog beach 3.5 miles south and walked A1A with the rest of the dog walkers. We will definitely come again!

Wonderful beach condo

The condo was clean, comfortable and right on the beach! Great walking beach (not narrow at all) without the crowds. Location was close to a lot of restaurants and Publix grocery store was right across the street. Pool was warm and had plenty of lounge chairs. Loved seeing all the dogs (and 1 cat) around the complex.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Lovely property. This unit is a gem. Bright & clean. The unit location is excellent. It is 1 floor up so very convenient for walking our dog in the adjacent 1 of 2 dog park/walk areas in the building, yet away from the pool traffic. The unit is very quiet as the waves drown out any outside noise. The building is older but is very well kept & the perk of being older is that it is only 4 stories compared to the mammoth complexes further down the beach. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Other reviews mentioned/complained about the narrow beach area. We thought it was perfect! Our unit was literally right above the beach and we could watch our boys building sandcastles from the balcony. It also made for quick trips back to the unit to refill a cocktail or walk the dog while enjoying the beach. Many other renters had small dogs as well. Everyone was very respectful to clean up after their dogs which we really appreciated. It's nice to vacation at a great dog-friendly place that is so well kept and clean. My boys enjoyed the heated pool. It's the perfect size for the building and even on a "crowded" pool day there were plenty of lounge chairs and space available to spread out & not be right next to your neighbor (very enjoyable in the world of Covid). The unit had several large beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs & a small cooler. We grilled burgers & hotdogs right outside/below our balcony at 1 of 2 very large nice grills. There is a grocery store right across the street as well as several restaurants within walking distance. Can not beat the convenience of the location. Management company emailed to see if everything went well with check-in and to see if we needed anything. It was super easy and we did not need a thing, but I am sure that if we did it would have been addressed quickly. We are already planning a return trip! Highly recommend!

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The pool temperature was perfect. The property does not have a large beach area due to erosion.

Relaxing getaway

We celebrated 21 years this past 9/11 and were so happy to do it at Paradise Beach Club!! Our room had everything essential to a relaxing beachside visit. Close to Publix for all uour food needs. Steps from the ocean or a dip in the pool. This is our 2nd stay and we will be back! Thank you for everything!

It could have been priced a little better

Great but it could have been priced a little better my brother had a bigger Condo at LOS AMOS next door and it was $700 cheaper than our condo and his had a bigger balcony and a nicer suite just FYI

Condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Will definitely go again in the future. Only thing negative is that the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Very enjoyable.

Spacious clean condo with excellent views!

The condo is spacious, clean and has excellent views. I sat outside every night watching the waves and relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture. The inside is renovated and has everything you need. It is definitely a home away from home. The property is clean and quiet and across the street from Publix. Drew provided great customer service and quickly followed up with us. God willing, we will definitely be back next year!

The unit was very nice, and everything was updated. My only complaint about it was the a/c did not cool the bedroom very well and we had to go buy a fan to get it cool enough to sleep in. We kept the curtains closed all day and that still didn't help. The views are wonderful, you can watch the sunrise from the bed. The location was good, just a few minutes drive into Cocoa and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The only issue we had was on the 4th of July apparently a lot of people were having guests over and when we returned from getting lunch there was no parking available we had to park in a tow away zone, but I called Drew and he told me not to worry he would call the onsite manager just to park where we could. So if you are staying on a holiday be aware if you move your vehicle! If you are looking for somewhere to stay for some rest and relaxation this is a good place to go, the unit was quiet and in a good spot as you were not over looking the pool area and it is fully stocked with essentials.

Book your reservation...fantastic property!

My wife and I stayed at this property May 6-12. After staying at other locations at the Paradise Beach Club in previous years, we both agreed this condo was by far the best! View is spectacular and is located in a very private area of the complex. When we arrived, it was very clean and was more impressive than the photos on line. Drew was very easy to communicate with and will follow up with you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this unit again next year!

Wonderful ocean view, lovely unit

This was our first stay in unit 218 but 5th year at Paradise Beach Club. Think this is our favorite unit. It is close to the ocean and looks up (north) the coast. (Great viewing of rocket launches from the space center.) The furnishings are comfortable, the unit is spacious and on one level and was clean although there seemed to be a hint of dog in the air. They accept pets, which I think is great and I'm not allergic but maybe need deeper cleaning (vacuuming under and behind couch and beds, etc.) to get all the fur up. We stayed 2 weeks and the only cleaning supplies were a beat up broom and dust pan and brush; a Swifter mop would be useful. The unit, like others, was well supplied with dish detergent, bath and hand soaps, paper towels, even coffee filters. The owner, Drew, was very responsive with issues and inquiries that I had. The on-site management/maintenance staff are very nice and quick to respond. The complex is kept quite clean. We love coming here as the area has lots of dining options and services but is also fairly quiet, especially at night. There is public beach access next door but the beach is almost empty most of the time. A lovely spot!

it was a very nice condo with nice balcony

liked the condo very much, but due to the heavy rains we couldn't use the beach much, but we still very much enjoyed our stay at unit 218..drew was very good to deal with and we appreciate his kindness and courtesy ..staff were also very nice and attentive .check in and out was great. everyone there was very helpful. will stay there again in the future.
