Furnished two bedroom condo with amazing patio views of the lake, 15th hole, and San Jacinto mountains. Fully furnished and equipped updated kitchen and breakfast nook with full dining room. Living room has theater seating with a large television and amazing sound system. Master bedroom has a king bed with brand new mattresses, master bathroom has dual sinks and tub with separate shower. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with brand new mattress, guest bathroom as a full tiled shower. Double car garage. Outdoor space includes a covered patio with large gas grill and fire pit with seating for 6. Northwest orientation gives you all day sun on the patio or shade in the alcove - you choose. Large open patio includes dining table and lounge chairs with spectacular views. The sunsets over the mountains are truly amazing. The pool and hot tub is directly across the street from the unit, an easy stroll. Chaparral country club has 18 hole executive golf course, tennis and pickle ball, beautiful dining room and grill with large patio overlooking a waterfall. Separate fitness center available for guests. Renters have access to all amenities, though there is a separate charge for golf. Private gated community with security at the front gate for ultimate peace of mind. Beautifully landscaped. Enjoy your Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio and take in the beauty of the desert. 1 1/2 miles to El Paseo and easy access to McCallum theater, Civic Center, Park, Eisenhower, Medical Center, and many other attractions. Hi! I recently bought 43 Maximo Way with the intention of eventually making it my retirement home. I live in Minneapolis and have 2 adult children, Gretchen and Grant. I work for a hospital system as a traveling operations manager which takes me all over the country. I also do accreditation inspections of hospitals and Medicare agencies on the side. While not a golfer myself, I do love tennis and pickleball and love the club amenities and friendly members. I fell in love with Palm Desert 10 years ago when I came here on a work retreat and have returned every year since with the goal of buying my forever home in paradise.

I looked at hundreds of homes in Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage for two years and couldn't find that perfect combination of comfort and amazing views. When I stepped into 43 Maximo Way on an open house, I instantly felt at home. The Spanish-style furnishings fit perfectly in the desert, are warm and cozy, the kitchen is new and upgraded, and the patio is huge. The best part is the location in front of the lake with 2 water features, with the green of the fairway just beyond, and the mountains in the distance - it's the perfect combination.

The outdoor space with the NW views gives all day sun and shade. Alcove has setting for 6 around a fire pit with gas lantern nearby for those chilly evenings. Large stainless grill. Kitchen is fully equipped - stainless appliances, ice/water maker on the door, Keurig, air fryer, electric stove and dishwasher, ample dishware and cooking utensils. Laundry indoors. Chaparral has 21 pools with spas and ours is directly across the street. 2-car garage. New beds and mattresses, all linens. Master bathroom has 2 sinks with both a tub and shower. Guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower. HVAC system works well and there is high-speed wi-fi and cable television included.
