El Olam house was designed with practicality in mind. Accommodating eight people comfortably, it provides a calm and relaxing environment. The house has 3 spacious and comfortable rooms, a backyard with a pool. Great room and a huge island in the kitchen for family breakfasts or lunches.
Ideal to spend time with family and/or friends in the pool area with barbecue, chairs and umbrella.
Pets are welcome for a pet fee.

NOTE: Attached to the house, there is a loft (guest house), which is completely separate from the house and will not share anything with you.
The garage is not available to the guest.

Casa Olam is located in a residential neighborhood, with streets that have a lot of vegetation. It is a safe, quiet area and is located at a distance of 15 minutes by car from the Naples Pier and 10 minutes by car from 5th Avenue.

We want our guests to feel at home. We will not interrupt your stay unless necessary, but we are available for any questions or requests.

Please review the following house rules as guidelines for accommodation.

- All adult guests visiting and staying at the property must submit a copy of their photo ID no later than 1 day before check-in
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, if you do it outside, please throw the butts into a garbage can.
- No drugs or illegal activities are allowed. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
- Parties and events are not allowed. Without exceptions! The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, a fee will be charged
$500 and local police will be called to escort you.
- It is strictly forbidden to light candles inside the house.
- Do not throw feminine products, diapers, or any object that could clog the toilets.
- If you bring your pet, it is NOT allowed on the beds or the sofas. We know pets are furry kids, and we do have some too, but fur left on soft surfaces will incur an additional charge.
- Use the provided doggy bags to pick up feces outside in the backyard and dispose of them in the trash bins.
- If damage occurs, notify us immediately.
- Close doors and windows correctly every time you leave home.
- Don't forget to take out the trash on the day.
