Spacious house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 5wk stay in this spacious house. Its interior and exterior had been recently painted which provided a light and airy atmosphere. We loved the location- an easy quick walk (or bike ride, thanks to the bikes provided) to Delnor Wiggins state park beach and a park pass was generously provided. Our host, Kay, was very attentive/responsive and has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we spent many happy and relaxing hours In the lanai and swimming pool.

2025 was our 3rd year in this home

Another fun year with Kay and her Naples Park home…..she made improvements, fresh paint inside and out, new outdoor grill, new water heater, which added to the others that we love…….the pool/lanai is excellent to use all day, our college daughter joined this year and said she should have spent spring break here the last couple of years…....Kay is very responsive from pre-booking to the day you move in and during if you have any questions, makes it easy to live there and enjoy Naples. Beautiful Vacation Spot in Naples

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful place to vacation. The pool is wonderful and such a great location. We enjoyed the beaches and just hanging at the house. This is my second year staying here and will for sure be back. Highly recommend this home- especially if there are children

Very nice house in good location. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great time!

Being close to the beach was very important to us. Great access either walking, riding the two bikes in the garage, or using the park pass to drive. We were on the beach every day.

Florida vacation

Love the home, pool, location in naples park, walk to the beaches. Kay is very responsive and great at communication before and during our stay. Next year will our 3rd with her and the home.

Great vacation house

We loved the house ..we loved the Neighborhood. House is elegantly furnished, kitchen fully and nicely equipped ( except for the frying pans🙂) …loved the full privacy of the pool. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house.

Family Vacation

Great location, great pool. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping. Kay was great to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and Kay had a new machine delivered immediately, couldn’t have asked for a better response. Looking forward to next year.

One of our best stays in Florida

We enjoyed everything about this property: The location, 5 min drive from the beach. Having the pass is great as you can go several times a day without having to pay, especially when you forget your sunscreen :) All types of shopping and restaurant within 15min drive Great caged pool with the patio area for dinners I used the bike several times in the quiet neighborhood, and took a ride once to the beach Kay the owner would respond right away when we had any questions. One of our best stays in Florida!

Great house!

We loved this house and the location in Naples park. Close to the beach, but still very peaceful. Tall ceilings, airy rooms and quiet neighbours. The heated pool was wonderful, and the interactions with the owner excellent. We will be back.

Wonderful property! I would definitely rent here again

The home is very nice and very accessible to the beach shopping etc. Having the pool was great especially if children will be staying. There were a few minor problems but I contacted the owner and had immediate responses. She was wonderful to work with. All of my family and guests were very impressed with this property.

A+ Great location. All up to date amenities and furnishing. Just bring yourselves and enjoy the sun

Great location just minutes away from the beach. Up to date home with amenities and furnishing. Beach pass was and added bonus. Delnor Wiggins Beach is by far the best with phenomenal sunsets. Enclosed/lighted pooled was also an added bonus for those looking to take an evening swim. Communication with Kay was prompt and easily accessible. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s home. The house was exactly as described, it was clean, and the location, especially the proximity to the beach, was great! We also enjoyed using the 2 bikes that were in the garage. Communication with Kay was excellent- we had a question about the operation of the pool and she put us in direct touch with her pool maintenance person who helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic holiday

We had a great time staying in this home. The house is fantastic plenty of space, towels, supplies etc. The beach is really close and lovely but we drove as it was hot to walk with the children. There is a permit to park. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Kay is excellent at responding and the minor issue we had with the pool was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return one day. Many thanks for making our holiday so easy.

This house was perfect for a luxurious vacation in Naples! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, etc., and the closets had tons of towels and bedding. The photos of the house and pool don't do it justice. The home is simple, yet elegant -- tastefully decorated, with everything you need, and not all the clutter of some rental houses. The pool and patio are totally screened in. We had so much fun out there. I was hesitant about being "so far from the besch," but I couldn't believe how close it was! It was a very short drive to the state park (5 mins) and the house came with a parking pass. From the parking areas, it was a very short walk to the beach. That state park also has bathrooms, showers, and picnic tables, so you could easily stay all day. We can't wait to come back to this house!
