Eugene was great to work with and was very responsive when we had questions. The property was in a great location for our needs. It was fairly cold during our stay so we didn't use the pool much, but the backyard pool setting was very nice. The bedrooms were very nice but somewhat noisy due to the open nature of the house. We will certainly plan to revisit this property when we return to Venice.

This was an AMAZING stay! The home is set up so nicely for visitors to have a seamless stay. It is well stocked, clean, and well kept. Everything we needed for the beach was available to use, too! The pool was a wonderful addition to every afternoon/evening, we did pay to heat it and it heated moderately considering the nights were in the 50s. Hosts are extremely responsive and kind. Location is great, close enough to everything while being a quiet location. I would love to come and stay again! Thank you to the hosts for having us!

Nice stay

The backyard area and pool was excellent. The location to downtown Venice was excellent Neighborhood was quietHost responses were excellent and they were quick and helpful. The only drawback from keeping this 5 stars was that there were only 2 bathrooms which made it tight for the amount of people stayingOverall- we had a wonderful stay

Review from our 9 year old- “This is the best house ever!” We had a great time! We were multiple families with 4 children under 10.
