Deb, I am so incredibly sorry you had such a bad experience. I appricate you giving feed back. I am always trying to learn what we can do better. In my profile I note that I try and give guests space during their stay. I also note in a message before you arrive to please reach out of you need anything. I normally only get messages if people need something. I leave my phone number on the check in instructions and in the welcome book. I am really sorry I didn't communicate more. I can create a check in message and checkout message for the future. I absolutely will note to the cleaners about the tissue, sponges, and dish towels, I can have the cleaner take pics after each cleaning to make sure those items are there. Normally there are dish towels in one of the drawers, and sponges under the sink, sometimes cleaning crews forget a few things. No excuses, I am really sorry that happened. I will mention to the owner that the TV is quiet and could possibly use a sound bar. The kitchen has basic cooking items pots, pans, plate, cups, utensils, blender baking sheets, etc. I listed on the VRBO site what we have, but I will do a run-through to see if we can add a few more items. The washer and dryer were replaced brand new 3 months ago. I am sorry they seemed old. They are stackable as shown in the pictures. Stackable washer & dryer is what fits best in this unit. I will mention that they are stackable in the listing, so people are not mislead. The photos being misleading I am not sure how. I sent you a private message to see what photos I can delete so they will not be misleading. I dont see pictures of the main home which is the portion with decks. This is a guest house attached to the main home. There are valley views out the kitchen dinning table windows. Maybe it was cloudy? There are no photos of a deck area to hang out on or access, because this unit does not have an outdoor space to hang out in. It has a BBQ right out front but that's pretty much it for outdoor space. Again, I apologize for your stay being so uncomfortable. We are going to do our best to improve on the things you mentioned. I hope you will give us a second chance.
