This home boasts a dipping pool and private yard. The grounds are surrounded by plantings and highlighted by landscape moonlighting. Two dedicated off-street parking spaces are part of this property. The kitchen house is separately rented and occupied.

The perfect blend of old and new in an Unbeatable location! You can literally walk everywhere in town from here. If you're wishing for the beach, Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach and Isle of Palms are just short drives away. Want to tour a plantation? No problem. Just about 20 minutes away!
