We had a great stay at the cottage. It was quite possibly the cleanest place we have ever rented. Cleanliness is the most important factor for us. The cottage is perfectly located for those who want to be away from the city, but still close enough. Pikes Peak highway is 2 minutes away and Green Mountain Falls with Skyspace (what we came for) is 5 minutes away. The only thing I would have changed is having a place more secluded. I was looking for more seclusion, so if you are as well, you would be better off looking elsewhere. Of course, this is not a reflection of any issue with the property and we truly enjoyed our stay and our quick weekend away. It was quiet and peaceful still. We would stay again.

Much needed relaxation

My sister April and I loved the adorable cottage. It was quiet and relaxing. We checked out shops in Manitou Springs and bought souveniers. We went to the North Pole. We had a pedicure in Colorado Sprngs. We went to Estes Park. And after each day of checking things out we looked forward to coming back to the cottage. John was a wonderful host!! I am recommending this to all my friends and family as a nice get way.

Great spot for a weekend away

Great small space that gave me and my boyfriend just what we needed. Loved the proximity to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. Only issue is that the TV didn’t work while we were there. Most of the time we were out and about, though, so it didn’t affect us too much. Would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin nestled high in the mountains for a weekend getaway, and it was an unforgettable experience. I spent my days exploring the beautiful hiking trails, taking in the breathtaking views, and simply enjoying the natural beauty around me.The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, offering all the comforts one could need. I loved relaxing outside, sipping my coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Each evening was capped off with mesmerizing sunsets that painted the sky in brilliant hues.Overall, my stay at this mountain cabin was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. I cannot wait to return!

Cozy, great host and location to all things to do!

Great location, couples hideaway. Great location to most anything, manitou, colorado springs, garden of the gods, pikes peak! Would stay every time! From Louisiana! Mr John was helpful with anything or questions! Saw deer in the yard also! Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable, nice

We were very pleased with our stay. It was a very comfortable little cottage and just what we needed. The property manager was available if needed but actually we had no issues and didn’t really need anything. Very clean. Easy access to the road. Wish we had time to use the fire pit as it looked nice and the chairs looked very comfortable. A little gem!

a good spot to rest up for Skyspace or hike!

The cottage is very nicely updated. The good shower head was much appreciated when we got up before dawn to see sunrise at Skyspace. A longer than one-night visit would be great here with its useful kitchen and patio.
