The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf and its sugary beach are experienced from both the large, private balcony and the living area. Located on the 12th floor of Laketown Wharf, your views of the Gulf and the amazing sunsets are some of the most breathtaking on the beach. Seas The Day has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It`s located near many attractions & restaurants with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ years old, and also staying at the condo.
- No Smoking/Vaping
- No Pets
- No Parties, Unauthorized Guests, or Events
- Wristbands must always be worn when onsite. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon departure.

Condo was beautifully furnished and had a ton of extra touches ro make your stay enjoyable. The view of the Gulf was stunning you could see a lo g way down the bea h. The bed is very firm but it doesn't have any issues except being firm. Unit is close the south elevator which makes it easy to get to parki g dexk. We would stay in this condo again we enjoyed our stay.

Best Condo-They Thought of Everything

This condo is amazing! So clean and beautiful!! It is more spacious than some we have been in there. The owners thought of everything! We had all we needed and then some!! The view was SPECTACULAR!!!!!! We will be back!

Beautiful unit, very clean, spacious and fully stocked. Some things to note:To avoid spending half your time walking from one end of the resort to the other to get back and forth from the unit, park in the South Parking deck on the 3rd floor. Space is limited in that area so when people leave out in the AM’s get you a space and stay there! Yes, the elevators are annoying but it is a huge resort with many floors. The peak hours are during check in/check out and around dinner time. Plan accordingly. The front of the unit faces the main strip (Walmart is across the street) and the balcony faces the ocean with beautiful views. Suggest using the side walkway to enter the beach (south end of resort).Plan accordingly for food options, places close early and the restaurants on site are expensive. The buffet is totally worth it though.

Beautiful Condo

I'd give it 5 stars if we didn't have to wait for the elevators and eventually have to take the stairs multiple times. So many times we were so exhausted and the waits were longer than 10 mins. It was a huge inconvenience. The condo itself is beautiful and just as pictured. It had a beautiful view. My kids loved the games provided. They came in handy on a rainy, slow down day. The shower in the bedroom is amazing for after the beach. The washer and dryer was a must for us and it was definitely a game changer. Having a vacuum was perfect to keep the sand to a minimum. The resort is quiet and peaceful, had security at the entrance to ensure it's only resort guest getting in. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back next year staying in the same condo!

Gorgeous View

This condo is nicely decorated with modern appliances. The view is gorgeous. The only problems we had were from Laketown Wharf staff (not the property owner). Everyone other than the guy at the security desk seemed to go out of their way to be rude. One of the guys working in the parking lot screamed at me when I couldn’t understand his question. Each time you pull in you have to have your parking pass and each person in the car has to show their bracelet. One night the south garage had caught fire (per other resident). The fireman blocked off the garage and told me to park in the lot for people eating. I ask the parking employee if I could park there until my husband got back so I wouldn’t have to park in the north garage since it was dark and storming and because I had multiple bags and a 7 month old baby. Annoyed he yelled “No!”While he shewed me with his hands. I overheard a lady ask what happened and was told none of her business. The elevators were awful! When we checked in and out it took over an hour to get one with room enough for my family and cart. The condo was clean except for a mystery blood like stain on our sheets. The bunk room toilet wasn’t flushing and we called first day. They didn’t show up to fix it until we were checking out. For 9 days everyone had to come in our bedroom to get to the bathroom . The beauty of PCB and location are perfect though, outweighing the rudeness, limited elevators and one bathroom.
