Summit #225- Summit-Side Getaway

This relaxing 1BR 1.5 BA beachfront retreat at The Summit in Panama City Beach offers you a splendid getaway space for the family. The master bedroom of unit 225 features a king bed with access to the Jack & Jill bathroom with private toilet room. The unit also features 2 hallway bunk beds with easy access to the other side of the Jack & Jill bath. The sleeper sofa adds additional space for 2 more. Enjoy magnificent views from the private balcony along with some of the best amenities you can find in PCB, including a heated pool, tiki bar, and on-property convenience store!

The Summit is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 21 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

I have been staying at the Summit for 30 years. I've seen the best and worse of rooms here. This place is definitely at the top. Very well kept.

Pleasant off season vacation

My husband and I found this condo very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding. The bed was so very. Importable I did not have a single bad night of rest. Would definitely recommend this condo and owners.

Awesome

The condo is phenomenal, the decor is beautiful and relaxing. Cort responded to all texts/questions immediately. Only issues were with the trash piling up outside at the chutes (which had nothing to do with this outstanding condo).

Beautiful ❤️

Everything about this place was amazing! The view, the location, the condo. The host was always a phone call away for any questions or concerns. If I had any complaints it would be that they were having trouble with the elevators not working while we were there, but with this unit on the second floor made things a lot better. A short walk up a few stairs and we were at our room. Highly recommend this to anyone 🙂

Overall great! Suggestions: Rehular size coffee pot. Maybe another skillet. Not one tablespoon and only two knives.

Graduation Trip

We loved the condo. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nicely done. The only complaint we had was with the pool and hot tub closing each night at 8:00. It is vacation and we love to swim or sit in the hot tub in the evening. We were told it was for maintenance but each morning you could get in and feel the sand in the bottom so you know nothing was really done. I had absolutely no complaints other than the pool deck hours. Great place to stay. Owner is very responsive to messages. Will plan to stay in this unit again.

PCB 2023--Summit 225

We had a great trip and this unit is very nice. We would definitely stay here again! Being on the second floor made everything convenient. Getting in and out and not having to wait for elevators was great. We didn't have any complaints or issues in this unit, but it would make the entire stay perfect if they upgraded a few things in the kitchen--the toaster, the teeny tiny drip coffee maker, and maybe a few decent knives. And there were only 4 washcloths total. There were 4 of us so if we wanted clean washcloths we had to do laundry after every bath. These are not complaints or things that would affect my stay here again--merely recommendations. Overall stay was fantastic!

PCB 2023

This was our first time visiting PCB and we weren’t that impressed. The room was ok - I did LOVE looking off of the deck and seeing the beach, however the room smelled like pot the entire time we were there. The couch was uncomfortable and the room was humid. There was a women sunbathing topless by the pool. Security was fantastic! They monitored the gate by the beach and made sure everyone had a wrist band or they couldn’t enter. Also, security checked for wristbands or parking passes before you could enter the property.

Very well kept, lots of extras, and convenient

The location of the property is great, easy access to Front Beach and Thomas Drive, less traffic in this area. The condo is beautifully decorated. The 2nd floor location is perfect for access to the pool and your vehicle without waiting for a long time on the elevator. The condo is very well kept with lots of small amenities to make your stay convenient. This is an older building and there is a slight smell of mold in the unit. I am allergic to mold and I was concerned this could be an issue, but I had no problems or reaction. I believe it's just a general odor from an older building. I saw absolutely no evidence of mold and did not suffer from any side effects. I enjoyed my brief stay and would recommend this owner and this property.
