***Special Announcement***

The Summit Condominium Resort will be undergoing a Balcony Maintenance Project from September 1, 2025 until January 15, 2026. Construction will be taking place from 7am until 7pm Monday Thru Saturday. This is due to the Milestone Inspection requirement by the State of Florida. Balcony will be closed ONLY when work is being performed on the balcony but will otherwise remain available for use during this project. However construction noise can be expected.

We chose to stay here on spring break! The staff were wonderful, the beach was amazing, and we will definitely be back! The condo was everything it shows online and more!

Can't beat a corner suite! We had a great time! The view was amazing and we really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs- very convenient. Thank you for the hospitality!

Amazing

Enjoyed our stay. The beach was clean, unit was clean and comfy. Saw a lot of sea life including dolphins and manatee. We will be making an annual stay at the Summit.

Fun getaway

You cannot beat the location! Having Bikini Bob's right there is so convenient. The condo was nice. Excellent king size bed. The condo manager was very helpful. I would book it again!

The condo is in a great location being on the corner. It’s large enough for a group of maybe 6 people. It was clean for the most part, there wasn’t extra bedding for the pull out sofa and pillows without pillow cases.

Great stay

We loved the location and place of property. We also loved the condo and being a corner unit. When we first arrived the condo was not the cleanest. Had to sweep the floor upon arrival. It wasn’t awful but could have been cleaned a little better. We will stay again.

Room was great, complex not so much.

The complex at no point had all elevators working, sometimes resulting into over 30 minute wait time to get to room.

Nice little condo

Property is a little dated but was clean. The staff were very personable and nice to work with. I only saw two areas of needed improvement: 1. There was no toilet paper to start the stay 2. The ac would automatically turn up to 76 in the middle of the night and we would wake up hot and have to turn it back down.

Disappointed

We love The Summit, been staying there 30+ yrs. Pools, hot tubs and Bikini Bobs closed at 630 to 700 nightly during our entire stay (7 nights). This was a great disappointment and had never before happened. Various reasons were heard but that didn't change the frustration felt by my 3 grandsons.

Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful condo. We enjoyed the view from the end unit very much. The place was very roomy, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved having beach chairs provided for us daily! The host responded to all my questions immediately. Would definitely recommend this unit. Some things were not ideal at the Summit... bad timing for us. Both the pools and the hot tub were closed at dusk due to lighting issues, and the elevator near us was being upgraded so it was out of service all week. Bright side... no noise or foot traffic outside our door!

Do they even clean this place?

This place was dirty. One living room curtain rod was hanging ripped out of the wall on one side. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway. The towels were dirty. There were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. There was underwear left in the bedroom drawer. One of the shower heads was molded. My mother in law called the number listed for maintenance and they said they weren't maintenance and hung up. Soo many issues.. .

Great stay right on the beach!

Pros- Location is perfect. The slingshot is right across the street and very entertaining to watch. Can walk to several restaurants in the area. Pools and hot tubs were wonderful. Loved having the convenience store, bikini bobs and tiki bar all right there. easy beach access and the chairs and umbrella are a great bonus. Wasn’t super crowded when we were there like it was down by the pier area. Had a bin by the beach/at condo with a few beach toys to use. Gorgeous view from balcony. Amazing customer service- always a quick reply when I messaged. We were told there would be beach towels and did not find them. The next morning they came and gave us some. There is security all around the hotel. Made me feel a lot safer with small children. Cons- You cannot check in after 5. We arrived around 5:30 and the doors were locked. Thankfully security was there and assured me it was fine that I could just check in when they opened at 8 am and they would not tow my car. Not really an issue but just good to know. Our room code did not work on arrival. I called the number given to me though and he was able to give me the correct code and get us into the room. There was mold in the shower heads. Fans had lots of dust. Whole unit just needs a good deep cleaning. Curtain rod over sliding door was missing the end on the left side and kept falling. As you can see there were more pros than cons though and we enjoyed our stay. Just a few things to make it even better.

Great condo and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the unit and will definitely be back! On site there was a Tiki Bar, live music and a great casual restaurant, along with two good size pools, and it was quiet and clean! The management company was very responsive and communicated well!!!
