A whirlwind 48 hours

We enjoyed our quick trip from checking out local restaurants, to a dip in from the private beach. Beautiful home and very accommodating.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at the property. The area was quiet and we spent most our time on the water. Property was clean and the property manager was quick to reply to questions and provided lots of information to help our stay run smoothly.

Nice One Night Stay

We were pleased with our one night stay at this rental. We were so happy to find this rental offered a one night booking option, because very few others did. We're sure we would've enjoyed making use of the many amenities offered had we stayed longer. Nice, clean home. Seemed well-stocked. Easy check in and check out process. The only downside we could see is that there is only 1 bathroom. This was no issue for only 2 people, but could pose a problem with a larger group.

Kentucky Derby Fun!

Stayed with friends for a Kentucky Derby Party. The home was welcoming, with great beds and plenty of room for us to eat, play and stay. We didn't have any hot water, and within 30 minutes of reaching out, Chad came to fix it, on a Sunday morning. Nice place, great people.

Great getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Sandcastle! The house was decorated beautifully and the furniture was very comfortable. They had plenty of things to keep the kids entertained and thought of everything to make stays easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at The Sandcastle!

We fell in love with Secord Lake the moment we first visited it over 20 years ago! The people are amazing, and the setting is unbelievable. In addition to the amenities on the property itself like swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. there are also so many fun things to do nearby like the ORV trails, restaurants in Gladwin and West Branch, and some fantastic golf courses!
