It's an ideal haven for relaxation. Conveniently located just minutes away from natural wonders like Lewisville Regional Park and Lucia Falls, and 10 minutes to downtown Battle Ground. Just 35 minutes from the Portland Airport (PDX).
On 2.6 acres of land in a private setting perched on the East Fork Lewis River, this charming property boasts a dreamy front yard adorned with beautiful giant oak trees, swings, and a cozy firepit. The accommodation features a freshly updated bedroom with a very comfortable cal-king bed, ensuite bathroom and a smart TV, and laundry facilities on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a new 65 inch TV and pull-out queen sofa bed, a half bathroom, and a deck offering unparalleled views where you can enjoy a BBQ.
