UNIQUE isn`t just a word it`s an EXPERIENCE! From the LED lighting in the backyard and interior family room and kitchen. To the swanky touches throughout. Come stay at this one of a kind house, in the perfect location in Old Town. Just 2 blocks to the Giants spring training, .5 miles to the iconic Rusty Spur. Just a 5 minute walk to the new and improved Pavilion which is almost done and many concerts in the park to come. Greenbelt is 2 blocks away, playground two blocks. The list goes on.

4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms offer ample space to spread out & privacy when needed. Living room features a pullout sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal.

All toiletries are provided for you stay with us -- washer & dryer located in home for any laundry needs.

Backyard features tons of outdoor seating for enjoying those sunny Scottsdale days! Dining table, outdoor TV & grill are the perfect setup to watch a game/event. Pool & hot tub serviced weekly to ensure functionality for your stay!

You`ll have access to the entire home & premises.

Quiet neighborhood, with mom&pop convenience store just 4 houses down and the Giants spring training “Sloan Field” just 2 blocks away. Park is just 2 blocks, Greenbelt bike path just 1 1/2 blocks, golf range nearby as well as golf course which has night golf once a month. Also, walking distance to downtown old town and Convention center

There are at least 4 parking spaces in the driveway, plus plenty of street parking if needed. As far as getting around, catch a golf cart if you`re in old town, there`s public transportation nearby, but a majority of everything is within walking distance, from Fry`s grocery store, to coffee bean-and if you want to get a longer walk Starbucks is just a mile away. Convenience store at the corner.
Scooters around town as well.

Great location on a very nice street. Inside of house is a solid 10 EXCEPT for lack of room darkening curtains in all bedrooms. They are basically see thru sheers. Brutal 6:35 sunrises!?!! Bedrooms and bathrooms are solid. Great living spaces! Backyard is huge and a bit institutional feeling. The majority of the wall lighting is out and a few of the wall green squares are on the ground. Hot tub was not inviting as lid is disintegrating and water smelled suspect. Backyard cushions need replaced. Overall an incredible property that needs a bit of tlc to match it’s potential.
