Charming 4 BD near DT Geneva

Over the 2024 winter season we are excited to announce we installed a brand new Mini Split HVAC system to provide both cool AC for those hot summer days and warm heat for those cold winter nights! Say goodbye to those ineffective window units! As an added security measure we have a Ring security camera installed at our front entrance. Please be advised that this is an exterior camera.

We hope you enjoy your stay in this centrally located and historical Geneva home. This house boasts a spacious front porch for the whole group to enjoy, four bedrooms, and plenty of parking on the property and along the adjacent streets.
Being local to Geneva, we have a passion for serving our guests and ensuring you are provided the best this town has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out with further questions or accommodation requests, we will reply promptly!

Great location and plenty of space!

Great location for walking to the lake, the colleges, as well as historic Pultney Park and South Main Street. We very much enjoyed the large front porch and being able to walk to a local coffee shop!

We enjoyed our stay in this very roomy house while we enjoyed the Finger Lakes wine country. We also enjoyed walking to the sweet Geneva downtown in the mornings for coffee (two sweet coffee shops) and in the evenings for dinner (good local restaurants). We will stay here again if it’s available the next time we visit the Finger Lakes.

We stayed at this charming 4-bedroom home in Geneva, NY for a golf tournament and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The location was perfect—close to downtown, restaurants, and the lake, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Matt, the owner, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our visit went smoothly. From easy check-in to helpful local recommendations, he went above and beyond.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Geneva, whether for a tournament, wine country getaway, or just to relax in the Finger Lakes. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker). The air conditioning worked great in the middle of July. The hosts were very responsive and quickly replaced a couple of burned out light bulbs in the kitchen after I told them.

Had a lovely time!

As someone who lived in this house for the 2017-2018 academic year, I really have to commend the work that has been done on the house. There were a lot of structural issues with it while I lived there, and it is so clear that there has been a lot of work and love put in to the property to make it much sturdier. Great location if you’re in town for an HWS related event - very close to campus and downtown.

We are a block off the main artery that runs through Geneva known as Route 20. We are in a quiet portion of a neighborhood just outside of Geneva's town centre.The area around this property is ideal for a nice walk, a run, or try the newly paved bike path that runs through town!
If you plan to drive you'll find plenty of parking on site, and free street parking on the two adjacent streets.
