Excellent location for family fun

My teen grandchildren enjoyed visiting the shops at John's Pass and spending hours on the beach. My only complaint is no paper towels were provided in unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Place #102 looks as though it has recently been renovated.. From the balcony, the drawbridge and Bubba Gump’s can be seen. It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.

Nice & clean condo.

Quick and easy checkin and out process. Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

We have always had a great experience in a convenient location. The only issuethistimewasthatthe tile floors were dirty when we arrived. Walked across the condo barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black. Everything else was clean so this must have been an oversight.

We absolutely love the location and the condos are very clean and spacious. The heated pool is wonderful and you can’t beat the sunsets! We walked Johns Pass many times and it’s so easy to travel up and down Gulf Blvd and visit the other local areas too. We will surely be back again next year.

Fall Break

We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

One of our best trips ever. Everything was as described in the listing. Check in and check out was hassle free. Our unit was well maintained. Location to the Pass is great.

We had a wonderful stay in unit #102. We've stayed in many different units over the last several years and have enjoyed each one. We love Madeira Beach to be sure! Overall nice place to stay

Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.

102 was a great space. We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. I had Wifi issues in the condo all week but the office staff was quick to respond and allowed me to jump on their wifi until spectrum came out. we will book with sunhost again.
