Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the beachfront unit 349 at SurfSong. Good size 1/1 unit with two queen beds (though mattresses were a bit lumpy). Kitchen was very well staffed with anything you may need. Only had metal folding chairs and a newer chase lounger on the balcony for the first 8 days, but four new plastic stackable chairs were delivered on the eighth day ((much nicer). Perfect sunset views. eal on Broken seal on the fixed window of the sliding door obscures visibility (glass streaked and fogged). Nice size TV's in living and bedroom. Bathroom fixtures nice updated (showing their wear). On the whole, we'd stay in this unit again in a heartbeat...and at the SurfSong (cause I love the ladies on tge staff).

Pleasant Surprise

The bones of this condo are great...roomy and would be comfortable for two people. The furnishings could use some updating but the balcony makes up for anything lacking in the condo. Beautiful view and a great spot to read or just people watch. I enjoyed my stay and would return if I had the opportunity. Sandy was very friendly and helpful with giving me all the info I needed. All in all, a good trip.

Return customer....but

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the views...but the price and need for updating are making us consider other options. There seems to be an issue with the property management team. We had two issues in a week. Fire alarm went one seemed to know what was going on. Got it reset, but it took another 3 hours to get elevator back on(my wife has a leg injury she's recovering from and couldn't get up to condo). Then water was shut off for the better part of the day for a plumbing repair.

Great apartment in the heart of Madeira Beach/Johns Pass

Loved our stay at Surf Song and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. Yes, it may not be a brand new modern unit but we found everything to be functional, clean, and comfortable. We slept well on the beds, which had a foam mattress topper and the water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen was more than adequate. The location of the unit is fantastic. Steps to the sand and just across the street from the Johns Pass shopping district. The porch is wonderful for breakfast, watching sunsets, or just enjoying the breeze. We were there during the Johns Pass Seafood Festival and while the traffic on the street was quite heavy, we weren't bothered by the noise at all. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

Week trip

Condo, location was nice BUT those beds the plastic layout chair with old cusion on balcony was softer than those 2 beds. We would only come back if new beds. No reason for owners not to atleast put a topper on those hard old beds.

It was a wonderful trip with my Daughter and we stayed in 349.Very nice condo and easy walk to John's Pass. Beautiful view!!The remodeling downstairs was a bit annoying at times but overall everyone there is very friendly. We made memories that will last a lifetime!I'm happy to hear the Surf Song survived the hurricane and you are all safe.Prayers for all of the people of Florida 🙏

A budget rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only reason to stay at this condo is if you're looking for oceanside with view on a budget. The condo is in desperate need of upkeep and tlc: The kitchen faucet was broken; the toilet flusher is the kind you have to hold down; the tub area is dark; the closet doors get stuck or don't open; and there's an old apartment smell. I spent the first two days wiping down surfaces, door knobs and switches and finding they were not really that clean. There was no salt or pepper to cook with and no working beach supplies. My husband and I left an umbrella for future guests. The window blinds fell off the window the first day when I tried to open it and the management company was excellent at giving service. So I might stay in this building again, but not this condo even if the view is amazing. In the end, I didn't think it was worth it.

The location of surf song is convenient but the service is not good and the office is not accommodating. The facilities are very dated and aging. The condo was not equipped with much in the kitchen or helpful items for the beach (Ex: chairs, towels, etc). I would not recommend it.
