Awesome spot you will not be disappointed

We stayed 5 nights and had awesome time. Everything as good or better than advertised. Location and views cannot be beat! Was great to have coolers for beach and had 5 really nice beach chairs which made stay super convenient. Can access Johns Pass at parking lot entry. Everything within walking distance. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

Great experience. Condo was clean. The view from the condo was wonderful. John’s pass was across the street just a short walk. The only “issue” we had was that the patio door did not lock. But overall we loved it!

We have stayed here many times. Always a great time. Convenient location and a great beach. Everything is within walking distance. Condo was wonderful! The pool area is cleaned and serviced daily. We will be back!

Gorgeous views, large balcony. Great location walk across street to John’s pass. A little noisy at night. Door to unit could be replaced. Otherwise great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and the views were amazing. I know there is still a lot of construction but my teenagers were upset that the concrete drilling started before 8 am. Other than that, it was a great week!! All of the photos below were taken while sitting on the balcony. Your description of the most beautiful views is absolutely correct!

Entire stay was great. Awesome location, plenty of places to eat nearby. Beach was very clean. Room was very well equipped, loved all the extra beach chairs, umbrella and accessories. They need to update their pictures as the kitchen has been redone. Only complaint one of the beds was not very comfortable. Will definitely be back again

Great beachfront place to stay

My friend wanted to spend a few days at the beach to celebrate her birthday, and this was the perfect place! The property was clean, and well equipped for a day at the beach or the pool. I saw the pool being cleaned every single day. Appliances looked almost new. Oh, and tons of shopping and restaurants are literally just across the street!! Id love to stay here again someday!

Highly recommend! Very clean and amazing location. Large pool with lots of seating and just steps from the ocean. View from balcony is unbeatable!

Great place to stay

Place was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. Elevators worked and beach was a short walk. Parking was easy. We took advantage of ice chest , box fans, beach towels and chairs that were left in condo for our use. Check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this to family and friends .

Excellent view and location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The view from the balcony is amazing, and the location right across the street from John's Pass is very convenient. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and everything is up to date and in great working order. The property manager was very gracious and great to work with. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect beachfront location directly across from John’s Pass. Spacious pool deck and pool. Palapa covered areas for respite from the sun. Would definitely stay at this location again. It was just perfect for our first time ever to this area.

Great location

We spent 5 days at this property and had a great time. Checkin was straight forward. View from the balcony is amazing. Location is very good being just steps away from Johns Pass. All in all, I would stay here again.

A great location, but filthy accommodation

This condo is right on the ocean and across from John's Pass. We were excited about that. However, the building is tired and dingy. The unit is unsanitary and lackluster. To start on a positive note, they did update the countertops in the kitchen which is nice, the sitting/tv area is fine, and the balcony and balcony furniture is fine. The floors in the condo were filthy. We had to wipe our children's feet before bed or putting on their shoes if they walked barefoot anywhere in the condo - so gross! The walls, wood work, doors, and cabinetry in the bedroom and bathroom are disgusting beyond words. I was nearly in tears when we walked in. I would never let my kids bath in the bathtub, we didn't let anything touch the bathroom countertops, and I had to put down paper towels on the nightstand AFTER cleaning them myself because I was just disgusted. I even found candy wrappers next to one of the beds. On top of that, the sheets on one of the beds were not cleaned - they were full of crumbs, hair, and particles from the dirty floor. WE had to strip it and put on new sheet we found in the closet. Writing all of this grosses me out beyond words. I feel horrible my family and I had to stay there for three nights - never again. The cherry on top was that check-in was at 4PM, but the cleaning lady was not out of there until after 5PM. I am not sure what she was doing all of that time because she certainly wasn't cleaning the place. Very disappointing.

Great views

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. I just wish they had area rugs or entry rugs to brush the sand off the feet so it did not enter the condo. There was a vacuum and broom but I was on vacation pool was usable but not chairs . The other thing my husband expressed is there was not a working vent in the bathroom. There was one in the ceiling but only one switch and it worked the light. Kudos for all they have done since Irma.
