This place was perfect! So cute and clean!!! Only about 20 minutes from Clearwater beach too.. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. I will definitely be coming back..;)

Unit was clean & spacious & in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a convenient location between Clearwater Beach & Honeymoon Island. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Stayed two weeks. Host Joel responded quickly to messages. I recommend Summer Loft for solo & couple travelers.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! The accommodation was exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean! The bed was comfortable and the linens were good quality.The host, Joel, was very responsive, helpful and friendly.We were in town for a Blue Jays game. TD Park was a 3 minute drive; we Ubered there (to get our bearings) and walked back after the game.If we are back in the area, I would definitely hope to stay here again.

I stayed for 7 days following my cruise. It was particularly convenient to have a washer and dryer available after my cruise. There were many little extras; laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, fully equipped kitchen area that made my stay more enjoyable, as well as the place was exceptionally clean. The access instructions were easy and Joel was available almost immediately if I had any questions. I was here visiting family and look forward to staying here many more times in the future. Great place!

Joel (the host) was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. The amenities were in good condition and worked well. The loft was clean and included everything that would be needed for a stay.

This is a no-frills “cottage” that is a fantastic value, perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The location is close to the beach, downtown-activities, and great restaurants.

Close to beach and downtown. Pleasant surprise to have use of beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a rolling cooler. Smart TV and new furnishings.

Cozy Little Loft

For two people this was a great little place! Located close to so much and easy to get around. Joel was a great communicator and we were very pleased with our two weeks in A Summer Loft.

Perfect stay

The property is very well maintained. Exactly as the description states. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal. We were in town to catch a few baseball games. We would definitely stay again!
