Excellent Location to Amenities

We loved our stay! Half a block to pool and about one block to the beach. Clean cottage with lots of space for a family of four. Rent the golf carts as that was a highlights for the kids. You don’t need one, but they are fun. Property managers are very responsive if you need anything and the grounds are well kept.

Property is a decent location, very close to the clubhouse and pool which is great, it is close to the outside road so the back deck looks onto the road, which isn't awesome.The place itself is very basic, not a lot of upkeep has been done to the place and we've stayed in and seen better places.We also had some hiccups on during the stay, place wasn't cleaned fully when we arrived (took an extra 45 minutes after check in time), toaster was broken, bbq brush was completely destroyed and needed to be replaced. I will say the property manager was great at communication and helped rectify everything immediately.
