Welcome to Private Pool Oasis in Pacific Beach, your vacation rental in paradise. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home accommodates 12, so grab your family and friends and enjoy your next vacation in sunny San Diego! This property is less than 1 mile from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. Have fun with the whole family at this outdoor oasis.
Enjoy the year round San Diego sunshine in the fenced in resort style backyard featuring private pool and hot tub, built in BBQ, outdoor dining area and multiple outdoor seating areas.
Inside enjoy the open kitchen, dine together at the large dining area and afterwards relax in the living room to stream your favorite movies.
The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large shower. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and TV and shares bathroom in hallway with full size shower/tub and double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, TV and will share bathroom in hallway. Bunk room has Queen size bunk beds, a pull out sofa sleeper, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Beautiful space and great location!

We had a group of 9 girls in town for a bachelorette weekend and this place was perfect! Great location and beautiful backyard space. Everyone loved the hot tub and the kitchen was great for cooking meals at the house. Very clean and we would definitely come back!

Amazing Stay!

This place was so perfect for our girls weekend. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! The open living room space and outdoor kitchen area were both great for us hanging out as a group. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi worked great! The location is so convenient- a quick 5-15min drive from everywhere we needed to go. Check-in/out were a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Great home in a great location, great manager!

I had some extended family in town and we put them up in this home. The home is in a great location in north PB, and the property manager went above and beyond to address and quickly rectify some small issues! My family really enjoyed their stay and loved having access to a private pool. The location also gave them the ability to get to some great eateries as well as a very short drive to the beach!

Fabulous

The property was a good size for our family of 9. The location was fantastic, We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons after the beach and the jacuzzi at night. The host was very quick to reply to our inquiries and we appreciated her providing us with the beach chairs and umbrella.

A True Oasis in Pacific Beach

This was a great property for our group of 7 (4 Adults, 3 Kids). Another family could have fit for sure. The backyard is a true oasis; lots of room to sit and we loved the bird's nest up top where you can see the ocean when it's clear. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We loved the interior (decor, art, mid-century feel) and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. We found the location to be convenient for our trips out to OB, PB and La Jolla. It is on a busier road so take caution pulling out of the driveway; road noise wasn't an issue from inside and didn't bother us when out back. Kitchen had all the dishes and cookware needed. My only suggestion would be for an extra paper towel roll for the kitchen and a stack of throw blankets for the living room or additional bedroom blankets that aren't comforters. All in all, a GREAT place to stay for a vacation.
