Coco Cabana is an exquisite home on Copano Bay. Whether you're fishing in the evening, swimming in the pool, or just soaking up the sun, this is a great place to relax.

This home is perfect for large families, sleeping up to twelve guests. Pull up to Coco Cabana and be greeted by a freshly manicured lawn. Step inside and let the vacation begin! The open floor plan allows space for everyone to be together while still doing their own activities. Sink into the living room and relax while watching your favorite show on the smart TV, or head outside to the well-furnished patio and take in the fresh coastal air. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen set with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all major and minor appliances. Dine at the lovely, adorned dining table where you enjoy a delicious meal as a family. Throw the fresh catch of the day on the large gas grill, set with counter space.

Retreat to the primary bedroom for sweet dreams in the comfortable king size bed set with a smart TV, patio access and an ensuite bathroom. There you will find granite countertops and a large walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed as well, and down the hall is the third bathroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom equipped with a shower/tub. Lastly, the fourth bedroom located on the second floor above the garage has a queen bed, full size bed, twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. These four rooms are all equipped with Smart TVs for late-night shows. For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin roll bed away can be found on the home's main level.

Splash around in the saltwater pool while the sun is out, relax in the soaker tub, or cast your reel in for a quiet and private fishing experience. The house is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the water. The house is a little tired feeling, but it served our purpose and we had a relaxing stay!

The house was clean and very nice. There were a few things needing to be replaced or updated around the exterior due to the harsh salty environment. It is important to know the hot tub is not working and is considered a soaking pool.The rental agency handling the property checked on us during our stay and were updated with the items needing attention. We would stay at this property in the future as we all had a terrific time.

Great place for a family vacation

The views were beautiful! The layout of the house was unique but suited our family perfectly. Great neighborhood. The whole process of rental, payment, check-in couldn't have been any smoother. Plan on bringing or purchasing toilet paper, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods.We love Rockport and Copano Bay!

It's ok, not great

Checked in smoothly. The fridge inside the house was not working. We contacted the rental company and was told someone would come and check but no one showed up. There was a strange lady ( HOA president )stopped by and disturbed us. She was very rude and impolite

Summer Vacay

Beautiful property. Had a few hiccups cleaning crew was still at property 15 min after our scheduled check in. The bedroom over the garage was hard to keep cool. The pool was not clean upon arrival. I tried to reach out to get it cleaned. But took 1.5 days before i could hear back. On day 2 of our vacay someone came out to clean it. Other than those hiccups. The property was beautiful, the views were gorgeous. Fishing was awesome.

Anniversary Getaway

We made great memories. We were a bit surprised to find the house did not have the basic starter supplies as listed but a quick phone call got them delivered. We also encountered a water leak from an AC splitter in the unit above the garage. There had been a towel left to catch the water on the ground and unfortunately we had to replace the towel each night we were there. The floor and wall below the unit were constantly being soaked. The rest of the house, pool and fishing pier were great. It nicely accommodated 12 of us.

The property was nice, as wwll as the dock and fishing. The kids definitely enjoyed the dock and fishing. The internet/wifi was pretty bad, and we were pretty far from everything. If i could pick this house/property up and move it to Port A, it would be amazing. The trash only picks up on Fridays, and when we arrived there was a trash can by the road for pickup but we didnt see the full trash can up by the house until the trash had already run. This was a bit of an issue due to accomodating 8 people, fishing trash, and multiple meals. Other than that, it was pretty great!

Vacation trip to Rockport TX

The property was beautiful. It was on the water. Loved the pool. Loved all the kitchen appliances. However, there was food under one of the beds. There was not enough bath towels. There was only 2 kitchen towels but no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid. Only one trash bag was provided. The grill was so dirty we had to scape it clean before we could use it. No bath soap or shampoo was provided. We tried to reach out but no one responded to our many emails. Finally called and got someone and they could only read what was published. If we could have gotten a response we could have brought the missing items. We have rented many before for about 10 years now and have never had this poor communication or lack of household items. Our friends were not impressed and our family was disappointed.

We stayed 4 nights, the experience was extremely poor for the cost. It is clear that the photos in the listing are old and the property is much more run down now due to maintenance negligence. The most disappointing thing was the hosts lack of willingness to fix issues. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the most disappointing factor—the pool was filthy/murky, you could barely see the first step into the pool. We chose this house over others because of the pool. We immediately contacted the host. We were given the run around for the first 2 days of chatting, constantly told someone would be sent, unfortunately throughout our whole trip no one was ever sent to check on the pool. We spent time scooping debris out of the pool in hopes that would help—we found tamale wrappers and paper towels amongst other debris, but unfortunately the pool pump was not even functioning and no water circulating, therefore it remained filthy. It is important I share the list of other issues we noticed: 1 green light on pier, running lights down pier out, water to pier all not working, fish blood splattered on pier. Poor landscaping—weeds, tall grass, overgrown trees. Light on HANDRAIL broke with EXPOSED WIRES, various lights in house out. Smoke alarm battery low in garage bedroom (beeping noise). Water leak from AC vent and light in living onto couch and leak from balcony door. Oven doesn’t close, multiple door handles broken,porch swing dirty sheets,outdoor kitchen dirty (fish scales/grime),etc.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to for others sake. For the price point we paid for this property, you would expect a lot more. First & foremost the upstairs room above the garage is filled with termites thousands of them. We do have pictures and video of this. This alone caused an issue as our guest had to find another place to stay. The screened in porches do not close completely so mosquitoes are very bad & you cannot sit outside to enjoy without getting bit. We even purchased foggers but that did not help. The back porch light does not turn off and the fan does not work. The pool water has an awful smell to it. The pool side lounge chairs are half broken & mildew smelling. The pool pump runs constantly and is outside the master bedroom window so you hear this all night. The septic alarm was sounding. There are two ice makers and neither one of them work. The towel hook in the master bathroom falls off every time you put a towel on it. The upstairs bathroom tub was clogged with hair. Half of the fishing pier lights do not work. They do not supply anything but towels for the bathrooms. So on top of the amount you spend, you need to bring lots of items with you. We have been to several other properties for a much lower price & had great experiences. We were very disappointed in this house & do not wish anyone else to have the same experience. I hope they do better & fix the issues!! Or update the listing to match!
