Regarding the hot tub, I apologize for the miscommunication. The listing has since been updated to accurately reflect the amenities, and I regret the confusion this caused. As for the noise, I understand how frustrating this must have been. I informed you in advance of the possibility of upstairs noise to help set expectations, but I realize the situation was more challenging than anticipated. Unfortunately, it seems a previous guest may have taken the noise makers from the unit, which I wasn’t aware of prior to your stay—I’m very sorry about this oversight. It’s also important to address the condition in which the property was left. The unit was left in such a messy state that it took my cleaners twice the usual amount of time to clean and prepare for the next guest. This level of disregard for the property was unexpected and disappointing. I want to note that I offered to reimburse you a full refund for your stay because I genuinely wanted to make things right for you and your family. Thank you again for your feedback. While I strive to provide all guests with a positive experience, I will use your comments to make further improvements for future stays.
