Sleeping up to 5 guests, this delightful home offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with private bath and a twin-over-full bunk in the second bedroom for children or adults. The fully furnished kitchen with new appliances makes preparing meals and snacks easy, while the large 65” TV in the living area provides entertainment after a day of fishing, beach activities, or relaxing by the bay. Enjoy the scenic views, outdoor adventures, and peaceful atmosphere that make this home a perfect getaway.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly for one small dog only (25 lbs max). Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. No other pets are allowed.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
