Perfect!

This is a terrific rental! Very clean, and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal-great lake views and walkable to downtown area.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the perfect home away from home to celebrate our son's college graduation. There were 6 of us adults total, enough space for everyone to have their own rooms and our son could spread out downstairs in the great room with all his luggage after moving out of the dorms. We were even able to host a BBQ dinner for his friends and professors after graduation. It had EVERYTHING we needed! We ended up cooking most of our meals at the house because it was so convenient. The hosts even stopped by to drop off a new coffee pot while we were there. The area was beautiful, close to downtown shopping, eating, great views, walks, etc. There is a lake walk path just down from us and it was perfect for stretching our legs. Highly recommend this home for your next stay in Waconia!

Bachelorette Party

We chose this property for a friends weekend Bachelorette party due to proximity to winery, beautiful lake views and ability to sleep all 8 of us. The celebration of the bachelorette was wonderful here.

Great stay!

Wonderful property, really high end. I am so envious of their fridge. We made a couple of meals there and no shortage of NICE kitchen stuff. We are always worried about the beds and no complaints from anyone. The views were great.

Weekend visit

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first! The location was great, good bars and restaurants are walkable from the house. House is clean, very well stocked and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Andy & Gail Haering. We have been real estate agents for a long time and brought our experience into the design & set up of this home. We love traveling, decorating , gardening, bicycling and relaxing with a good book. We are cooking enthusiasts. So we set up the kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes and small appliances to make it fun to cook.
We love renting VRBOs when we travel and have put together what we would want in a home we rent in an effort to create a 5 star stay for our clients.

Waconia is a charming lake town with many fun amenities within blocks. We have comfortable beds, lots of nice kitchen equipment, super nice cookware & small appliances and well stocked supplies. Our beverage station is top notch. We have 4 fondue pots. The bathrooms have all the basics supplied. The home has soft water & great water pressure. We have a living room, family room & art studio. The home is stocked with games, books, yoga equipment, hand weights & more. Each bedroom has white noise machines & essential oil diffusers. There is a washer & dryer. We work hard to offer a very clean home for your stay.
