The Space:
Conveniently located in Pflugerville, near The Domain and close to downtown. The home is next to the area’s best cafe's, restaurants, grocery stores and local shops. The home also offers a heated pool (72+ degrees) and hot tub.

With 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. The primary suite is massive and has a gorgeous custom bath with a rainfall shower and soaking tub.

Each additional bedroom offers resort level comfort. Three bedrooms upstairs share the large hall bath. The game room beds and additional bedroom are downstairs and have access to the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.

The outdoor space features an awesome pool, hot tub, plenty of seating and tons of space.

Getting Around:
Car, ride share, bicycle and walking are all effective modes of transportation depending on where you need to go! Bicycling is another great way to get around.

Other Things to Note:
The home does have a heated pool. The temperature ranges between 72 & 82 degrees depending on the weather. This is comfortable to swim in but do not expect it to be warm like a hot tub.

Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
If the pool heater is used to heat the water above 82 degrees, there will be an additional $250 fee.
Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.

Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
