End unit in desirable Del Mar spot, near UCSD, racetrack, downtown. Walk to local coffee shop, restaurants & Sea Point pools, tennis, pickleball. Entertain in upgraded condo w/open concept area: LR w/fireplace, dining, bar seating. Delight in sunset views in upstairs Master suite, with a sitting area w/FP and spa-inspired bathroom.

2nd bedrm with King sized bed on entry level, quiet and private, opening up to private patio.

Great location and amenities

This property was wonderful for my family and pet. The neighborhood park is an excellent private space for dogs to run around and kids to play. The walk to the beach is minutes away as well as a few restaurants.

Perfect location!

We loved staying here! The location was great. It was close to really good Mexican food and pizza! The condo is supplied with everything you need. The community pools and park/playground was so fun! We will be back!

Temporary Home in Del Mar

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing and the complex is quiet. The attached garage is a bonus. The views from the condo are gorgeous and we were sorry our time went by so fast. We would love to return.

Del Mar family vacation

Great location, close to beaches, Del Mar, Torrey Pines state park, San Diego. Clean townhouse, fairly dense but quiet and neat community. Townhouse has everything one needs for a vacation with the family - plenty beach towels, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedroom is a jem, the bed is very comfortable, the ocean views are spectacular.

We are thrilled to share our Del Mar condo with you… having gone to UCSD, we love this area and know you will love it as much as we do! We are currently based in Dallas, Texas but travel when we can!

We have been lucky enough to have homes to share with you in two of our favorite places: Del Mar, California and the Big Island, Hawaii! We know that you will love it as much as we do and have local property managers to ensure that your stay is amazing and smooth. Thank you for considering our place!

This property is perfect, with ocean views from most parts of home, and is a 5 min walk to sand and surf. The 1655sq ft condo has a great open kitchen where you can have friends and family gather around! Peaceful and quiet complex, located centrally for trips to UCSD, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Del Mar racetrack. Furnishings are comfortable and up-to-date. We also love the master bedroom area, great sitting room to watch waves and sunset, as well as an amazing spa-like bathroom!
