This three-bedroom home features air conditioning, an expanded patio for outdoor dining, and spacious coastal interiors perfect for extended stays, family getaways, or remote work. Located minutes from Torrey Pines State Beach and scenic hiking trails, this Del Mar rental offers comfort, privacy, and the best of Southern California coastal living.

Comfortable Torrey Pines Beach Condo

Everything was nice, clean, and well maintained. 3BR plus an extra space down by the garage for kids if needed. All check in and check out was done remotely. Would stay again.

Walk to beach really is short even with a stroller and 2 small kids.Beds were comfortableThe place felt very upscale.The double shower is heaven.Don’t hesitate on this rental is 10/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful, quiet, townhome with a gorgeous ocean view! Neighbors were very friendly and the dog park was perfect for our dog. The 10 minute walk to the beach was wonderful and we loved having a few restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Shout out to Roberto’s Taco shop!! We totally rate the experience 5 stars but would recommend replacing the carpet (especially leading to the upstairs master) and updating the front patio furniture cushions which we found to be too dated and dirty to enjoy. The deck furniture cushions are also dated. These are just minor suggestions. Otherwise the property was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful month!!

A wonderful place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Torre View Hideaway. When we next head back to the La Jolla/Del Mar area, this will be the first place we'll look at for another stay. The unit is recently remodeled, bright and airy, and well-stocked. It also has a beautiful ocean view, which many (maybe most) units in Sea Point lack. This condo project couldn't be better located. Less than 10 minutes walk from Torre Pines Beach Park, and 5 minutes drive to Del Mar to the north and Torre Pines to the south.Finally, the people at Stubbs Real Estate were friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive (not that we had to contact them much at all).
