Newly renovated ranch style home on 3 acre lot with partially fenced in dog area! House is 3 bedrooms /2 bathrooms. Home has kitchen, living room, dining room on first floor - Extra living room/ workout space in finished basement with private entrance. Washer/Dryer in bathroom in basement. Home has ductless AC that cools the entire house - window units available if needed. Pets welcome!

Great space!!

This home was very comfortable & accomodating for my family. We were in CT for a family reunion, and it was easy to get to the highways & travel where we needed to go. There was enough space for the 7 of us & no one was on top of one another. The hosts were nice & available when needed to answer any questions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with family.

Great house-will stay again

Traveled to CT to visit family. Myself, husband, adult children, my 81 year old mother and the family dog. Needed a place without too many stairs for mom. This was perfect! 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom all on one floor. Basement has third bedroom, toilet, shower, washer/dryer and separate entrance. Also an open area with lots of kids toys. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful yard, lots of woodland creatures spotted too! The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of pots/pans etc. Even foil, sandwich bags, lots of spices, etc. We cooked some while we were there and it was easy to find everything. Beds were super comfy, linens were new, clean and there were plenty of towels for all of us. The whole town of Seymour was very lovely. A quiet, safe place in the mountains ( I live in FL so to me this was on a mountain) winding roads and tree canopy's lining our path. Krystie was a pleasure to work with while planning our trip. I had many questions before booking and she was quick to respond every time. Even sent a message to make sure everything was ok once we got here. She was so kind to allow my husband and son to check in early. I arrived later that evening with my mom and it was nice to have everything set up for her when we got there. Krystie also allowed us to check out late because of our flight time which was a blessing. Who wants to sit in New Haven airport for 4 hours?! This is a great place and, we'll be back for sure. Thanks Krystie!!
