Susan’s home was everything we hoped for. The view was amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and charming. The stay made us feel very at home. Everything was very easy and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious, spotless and sparkling new. If you are looking for something in nature, with modern amenities and a quick drive to shops, this house if perfect The sunset view of the lake from the living room is a great way to end the day. The only problem is that this house is so comfortable, you don't want to leave!

Perfect Accomodation ForOur Family

We reserved this property for our family, including two elderly family members. The house was immaculate. The single-floor layout was perfect for less mobile family members. It was stocked with everything one might need for a stay. We enjoyed watching the herons on the reservoir using the provided binoculars - right from the livingroom window! My husband hiked local trails, my brother rode bike trails for over 30 miles, and my Dad kayaked the reservoir. So much to do! The owner responded very quickly to any messages from the moment we booked until we checked out. The entire rental experience was perfect, enabling us to enjoy a worry-free, very special family weekend. I highly recommend this property, and I am hoping we have an excuse to go back!

The house was a perfect match for our stay with five adults. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a peaceful setting. Both the large sectional couch and the dining room table were perfect gathering places. There were not many options in Hamden and I am delighted that we found this property.

Charming and peaceful

Susan's home was comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Exactly what we look for in a short term rental. There were comfortable couches with enough room for all of us for gathering and a dining area that we could share family meals. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and had everything we needed. We had hoped to spend some time on the back porch overlooking the pond but it was a bit too chilly the weekend we visited. The neighborhood was quiet with walking areas just down the street. Perfect spot.
