To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Harbor Arms is a small two story Gulf Front Condo Complex that offers "Flats" on either the upper or lower level. Unit # 6 is a second floor flat with a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Nicely decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and a view that is hard to beat. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Master bedroom has a view of the gulf and a bath en suite. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious each with their own bath. Additional features include cable TV, with 50' flat screen in Living area, 43" flat screens in 2 of the bedrooms, Free WIFI, washer & dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Upon confirmation of receipt of your reservation deposit, refunds will not be given unless we can rebook the property for the same time period and is subject to a fee of 25% of the rental rate.

Beautiful

The property was located at the quiet end of town in cl9se proximity to a quaint grocery store. The view was lovely and we were right on the beach, exactly how we wanted it! Going to be booking this property again.

Let me first start off by saying I appreciate the last minute accommodations. But I felt the little webbing around the door should have been swept away. Once opening the door, there's a door mat with stains and a small that was not too pleasant. (Maybe paint?) Cleanliness is a very important thing for me when vacationing, especially doing this Pandemic. Bed covers were not clean. Blood stains on some and what looked to be blood on a shower curtain as well. Furniture was a bit old and didn't look clean. We went out and purchased blankets and lysol spray to feel comfortable. But the place was in a good spot and spacious. Would have loved to have not spent unnecessary money on blankets that I didn't have space to bring back.

Beach House with filthy carpet

Great location. Small bathrooms. Good kitchen. Adequate washer/dryer. Absolutely filthy carpet REALLY detracted from the experience. It’s a beach condo...go with tile or composite flooring and the place is a 4 star
