Book with us today if you're interested in staying in a peaceful, residential neighborhood in the middle of Wears Valley, TN. Close to the major road that goes to Pigeon Forge and neighboring Townsend. Another mountain road will take you to Gatlinburg in about 15 minutes.

Because of our location, you will need your own transportation to go anywhere outside the home.

There are 6 steps leading to the front and back porches, and 3 steps from the inside of the garage to the main house.

We stayed here for a family vacation! It was a beautiful and well kept home. The owners are great with communication and made it a very stress free vacation. My kids loved the game room and the other activities they had available. You can tell it’s a loving family that owns this home. We will definitely be staying there again.

Very large home with plenty of games to keep everyone occupied. Tvs in each bedroom and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Under 10 minutes drive to swimming pool and deli. Local food places close by without driving into the big cities. Pet friendly. They provide starter coffee, snacks, dog treats, and food bowls. Very sweet hosts.

House was as advertised & pictured. Place was perfect! Clean & Great location… close to Pigeon Forge, Cades Cove, & all the Smoky Mountains have to offer. The host were absolutely excellent & so so helpful!

Best Location

The home was very nice and roomy. It is located in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. The interior is beautiful and we loved our time there. This was my second time in this home and I will certainly be renting it in the future.

Cute Subdivision with Mountain Views

The home was great for our party of 6! We really enjoyed the fire pit area, and the kiddos loved the game room. The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Will definitely be renting again!

Perfect Getaway Home

Our stay in this beautiful, convieniently located home could not have been more perfect. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, which was a plus for us. The home was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean, and had all the amenities we needed to make us feel comfortable and right at home. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again when we return to Pigeon Forge.

Family Christmas Vacation

What an amazingly beautiful home in a beautiful part of Tennessee. The accommodations were great and the house was perfect for our family. They even decorated for Christmas and had a tree so Santa could leave our daughter presents. We will definitely keep this house in our back pocket when coming back!

Beautiful home in great location

Absolutely fantastic house with plenty of room to stretch out. The little touches were much appreciated as we had our dogs with us and the food/water bowls and dog treats were such a nice surprise. The house is close to all things you might want to do but far enough to actually have some peace and quiet.

Great Mountain Get Away

The property was great. The home allows fur babies to come and feel very welcome. Food and water dishes provided, treats and decor was pet friendly. The house also accommodated for humans well too. Location was perfect for so many activities and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Den large enough to sit everyone comfortably and table was perfect for eating and family games. Had a great vacation!

Best Trip

Second time to Tennessee. This was the most relaxing enjoyable trip ever because of our host. Adam, Laurie, and Brandon your home is beautiful in the most breathtaking setting. Perfect location, in a country mountain setting. Mayb 10 min from Pigeon Forge. The description is all that is stated. What mayb my 13th trip to Pigeon Forge in the last 20 years I have to say this is the nicest place i have booked. You will be impressed. Totally exceeded my expectations. I must add the treats for the dogs left by the host was thoughtful! Dont settle for less this place is wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay

Hatfield Wedding 2023

My husband proposed at the end of July, and we decided to do the crazy thing and get married in our favorite place 2 months later. We found this wonderful family and booked very quickly. I cannot begin to say how wonderful the hosts and home were. Everything exceeded our expectations in all of the best ways. The house was perfect for our family of 5 + 2 doggos, and the hosts went above and beyond to make our wedding special for us. We highly recommend this property, and can’t wait to go back next year to continue making memories in our new favorite home away from home.

Fantastic

The house was very clean, great kitchen for entertaining. All 3 bedrooms king size beds. Washer and dryer was great. Very spacious. The game room was great for visiting kids. The front and back decks had great views and very spacious. We didn't use the fire pit. Weber grill the best!! I woukd surely rent this again if we decide to come back. About 20 mins from Pigeon Forge. The property mgrs were very prompt on responding if you had any questions. We didn't use the pool so no review on it. Just a fantastic experience. It really made our vacation even better!

What we love most is the balance: you’re just minutes from top attractions like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and the national park, but far enough away to enjoy quiet mornings, starry nights, and the relaxing sound of nature.
