This is my favorite place to stay in the area. It's in a nice safe neighborhood, and within walking to great shops and restaurants. Communication from the host is clear. Easy check-in.

Really great apartment. It was clean, the bedrooms are large, and it’s got two bathrooms. The host was a great communicator, the instructions were clear and concise. The place was quiet! Neighbor noise was minimal. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great visit! Highly recommended.

Clean convenient location

The condo is very clean, has all the items needed for your stay. Downtown montrose is super cute with good restaurants. Owner was responsive to all my questions.

This apartment was in a great location for us as our daughter lives close and we know the community of Montrose well. We walked to shopping areas within 5 to 10 min. which included a wide variety of great restaurants, Trader Joe's, coffee shops and very nice bakeries. You can drive to grocery stores, pharmacies etc. within 5 min.Since we tend to stay at our VRBO's from 2 wks to 1 month, it needs to be spacious and we prefer places with 2 bathrooms which is hard to find. Most of the apt. has been kept up and looks clean and modern and is very comfortably furnished. There is a table for 4 between kitchen and livingroom. We had our daughter and her family over for dinner one night and cook at least one meal a day so could have used a better stocked kitchen, The pots and pans were great but other utensils and equipment was at a minimum. Could have used food storage containers or foil/ plastic wrap. Many VROB's we have stayed in have well stocked kitchens with cooking oil, vinegar, a few basic herbs etc. but not this one. I feel like if they had a few basics to improve the kitchen, this gem would be perfect! We were ok with buying some of these things as we could pass them on to our daughter but many people couldn't do that. The master bedroom was amazing! it was huge, had a desk, tv, great closet and mirrors and other bedroom was also very nice. Overall, we loved this place and would stay here again! Our contact was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

My son and his family who live out of state have stayed here twice when visiting. The rooms are very clean, a nice view from the dining table, comfortable beds and GREAT location. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. They hosts are very accommodating and lovely to work with. Overall, highly recommend!!!
