Adventure into Gatlinburg in our cozy + modern RV.
Located in Outdoor Resorts @ Gatlinburg a reaort community of long time residents, you’ll find that you’re safe, even if you choose to travel here solo! (There’s even laundry facilities to accommodate longer stays!)
This location hosts an outdoor fireplace with seating for your nights in front of the fire beside the creek… to an open kitchen for home cooked meals. No matter the occasion!
If you enjoy hiking we have multiple trails and waterfalls surrounding our immediate area. If you’re looking for a short ride to downtown for shopping and tourist attractions, this is the perfect fit without breaking the budget!
Some of our guests enjoy walking around our beautiful community and swimming when the weather permits, some of our guests enjoy adventuring! Either preference, everyone loves the environment of our modern yet comfortable RV.

The RV was perfect and set up beautifully. Only regret was that it was too cold to enjoy the great outdoor space. She even supplied firewood for the outdoor fireplace which was amazing. Will definitely book again when its a bit warmer.

If you are looking for an RV experience, this is a great stay. Host was great at communicating and check-in, checkout was very easy. It was a bit further away from downtown Gatlinburg than expected but that was our fault.

Wonderful experience! Cute RV and friendly area. The kids had a blast swimming at the pool and fishing at the pond. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing at the fire listening to the creek right behind the camper.

Camper was clean and exactly as listed! The location on the creek and proximity to the pond was perfect for our kids to fish. The camper stayed nice and cool in the heat, and all the beds were comfortable. Site is a 15minute drive to some restaurants and shops, including Mama’s Chicken (recommend!) and only 25minutes from Ober and Crockett’s Breakfast Camp (also recommend!). Check in and check out were easy, host was responsive when we had a need, and the kitchen and camper were well stocked with needed items (utensils, plates, cups, blankets, towels).

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed having a cool place to lay our heads after a long day by the pool or in downtown Gatlinburg. The host was easily reachable when issues arose. The neighborhood was a sleepy retirement type community, not as rowdy as campgrounds can get. Thank you for having us! We loved the area.

Cute campground

We had a wonderful stay, very nice campground and camper. Storage is limited as the camper has so much of their own things. I had to rearrange all the bedding to find room to put my families clothing and belongings. Other than that I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again.

Mid Stop to Florida

We stopped in Gatlingburg as a halfway point for Florida. Thought it would be easier on the kids to not be in a car for 15 hours straight. They absolutely loved staying in an RV and especially enjoyed the little river right behind the RV. We would definitely stay at this location again for a longer stay !

Honest Review

Beautiful RV, especially the outside. There’s not much to do in the area but the scenery around the place makes it worth it and very relaxing. The other campers around are so nice especially the elderly people. They helped me and my family find our RV and get service especially since the service there is bad and we weren’t able to contact the owner for the gate code.
