Relax and enjoy one of the best locations in Laguna Beach. Direct beach access steps away from world class shopping, dining, and restaurants.
The Calypso Villa
The regal entry of this one bedroom, one bath villa is flanked by two fountains – setting the scene for a tranquil island-inspired getaway. The villa has easy access to the common area deck and a view of Catalina Island, plus the beach and coastline below. Spend your evenings enjoying spellbinding ocean sunsets from the patio area or relaxing in a jetted bathroom tub. Ask about the addition of our high-speed Wi-Fi to allow this elegant oasis to double as a workspace.
This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No CATS Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Beautiful, clean, great location, & good communication.

This was a lovely place, as advertised! The actual unit is difficult to locate, especially in the dark. Would suggest using less fragranced laundry products, like naturally fragranced or fragrance free. Otherwise, beautiful, clean, great location, & good communication.

Very nice, clean and looked like its photos

We had a great stay at Calypso. The villa was very nice, clean and looked like its photos. The direct beach access is amazing! And the open patio overlooking the ocean was so nice to sit out and relax on. We really enjoyed our stay there and would return the next time coming to Laguna.

Took my Mother here for the weekend and can't wait to visit again! The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive, patient, and welcoming I definitely recommend!

Higher hopes

This condo was nice and in a great location. We stayed for 2 weeks, and the binder in the kitchen said there would be free housecleaning if staying for longer than a week. When I called to schedule it, I was told the binder was old and they refused. Another day, we had no hot water in the morning and even after repeated calls, it was not fixed until noon.

Fabulous beach getaway!!

In a perfect beachfront spot!! I love the fact that there is an indoor parking garage. This is our 2nd stay here, and i will definitely stay here again!! Beach access is awesome, the only thing is be sure you are able to walk several flights of stairs. The common areas are amazing, nice table seating and loungers, with a spectacular view of beach and ocean. It is centralized midtown so easy walk to shopping, and if you dont want to walk there is the trolley. Looking forward to going back!
