Villa Teatro
Characterized by its eclectic, artistic design, this luxury villa offers a performing arts theme. The Villa Teatro is one story above the Villa Rustico—making these two villas a perfect combination for larger groups.
With its sweeping views of the Laguna coastline seen from an intimate rooftop patio, you can entertain your guests on your private outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean. This luxury villa is uniquely located right above our main patio, giving it a sense of privacy while still promising spectacular views. Flat-screen TVs and a sleeper sofa are also included for your comfort.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.
Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
