The nicely appointed kitchen with convection range, full size microwave, and refrigerator has all the small appliances and cookware you will need for your stay. Plenty of dishes and drinkware are provided.
Not only are you minutes from the beach, you can walk to Coligny Celebration Park, all the restaurants in Coligny, shopping and golf are available by short walk or quick bike ride along the bike path. Permit#073086

We had a great time and accommodations were awesome. Property manager was super responsive any time we had questions which was nice. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay at Hilton Head! The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. The exterior of the building could use some updating, as well as the pool area. Several of the tables and chairs around the pool were broken. The host was amazing at communicating and very helpful with responding quickly. We would definitely stay again!

I was blessed to be able to purchase this villa for my family to enjoy and to offer it to you to experience and fall in love with Hilton Head too!

I was drawn to this property not only because of the close proximity to the gorgeous beaches but also because it is literally in the heart of the Island. You can leave your car at home and either walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches or hop on a bicycle and ride the bike trail across the island to take in the breathtaking views.
