Haus Of Style - Sunsets on the River - Parking

You will be staying in one of the best locations in downtown Wilmington! The River Walk condos overlook the Award Winning Boardwalk that runs along the Cape Fear River. Park your car and walk anywhere your heart desires in downtown Wilmington. There are wedding venues, restaurants, bars, breweries, museums, and concert venues within walking distance. A parking spot across the street is included! You will be so glad you booked this Airbnb!

This condo has some of the best views of the Cape Fear River that you'll find! The spacious living room centers around the large glass doors leading to the patio right on the River Walk. You'll love starting your day with a coffee at the table on the balcony, and it's also the perfect spot to end your evening with a night cap. The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with all the essentials you'd need for your stay and the cozy electric fireplace in the living room is perfect for cooler nights. The large bedroom at the back of the condo has a king size bed, and there is also a full bathroom with walk in shower.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot located a few blocks from the condo.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

Fantastic property rental! Everything was clean and comfortable, easy effort on everything! I appreciated the wool blanket for the chilly wind. Lots of pillow choices and easy decor. The location is unsurpassed in terms of view and access to main restaurants or shopping. We loved the plantation shutters and opening the windows to see the cobblestone streets. The wedding venue down the road was loud until 10pm but that would apply to any rental in a five mile radius. We LOVED the cocktail lounge below us as they were very mild patrons and had fantastic drinks!! Great communication with the host, always timely, accurate and brief, well done! We had breakfast at Dixie grill and it was excellent! Dinner at River 128 and Ruth Chris never disappoints. Even though we are local, this was the perfect romantic getaway for two tired parents. Thank you!

Positives: Beautiful view of the river, overlooks the riverwalk, close to good seafood restaurants like Elijahs and Pilot House.Clean, comfortable bed, updated condo.Negatives: As mentioned in other reviews, either provide a TP holder OR a brand new roll of toliet paper for your guests. Something unsanitary about sticking your fingers in a roll that was used by previous guests.Along that same line...a used kitchen sponge is unsanitary too....why not provide a new one for your guests?Finally, the parking lot is not across the street, as stated in the description...but we were grateful to have a space in a nearby parking lot considering the lack of free parking in Wilmington. Thanks to the host....we enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I stayed for our first ever mother daughter trip. Jody was amazing and very communicative which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out were easy and made sense. The location was exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful Setting, great views and cozy retreat

We loved our stay here! It was even better than we expected. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The deck is a great place to take in the views, the sunsets and for people watching! Aside from the spectacular views, it’s walking distance to great shops and restaurants. A foodie’s paradise! We will definitely be back! The neighborhood is definitely urban, yet still quaint. The only negative is the business below, a cute water front cocktail lounge, played loud music until 11PM one of the nights we were there. We didn’t mind, it went along with the vibe of the neighborhood. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Location

Right in the middle of Wilmington. The view of the river can't be beat, and it's right around (and even on top of) many fun downtown businesses. Quite clean and enjoyable. It would have been difficult to find, but the clear communication from the host made check in very smooth!

Awesome property!!!

This absolutely charming property was a perfect pre-Christmas getaway for my wife & I. The view from the balcony (and from the living area) is the definition of a “million dollar view”!! And we LOVE the refrigerator!!!! Added bonus is the “fireplace”….it was very useful in warming the living area. Please, please add a toilet paper holder in the bathroom!!!!!!! We will be back!

Great time!

My husband and I had a great time visiting Wilmington and we had a great place to stay. The view was incredible and it was within walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again

Ideal location

This apartment was disappointing. The good things were: Location, drawer space, soft towels, comfortable bed, plenty of paper goods, clean refrigerator, great directions and communication. The not so good: No coffee, guest bedroom closet serves as broom closet, no toilet paper holder, no towel rack, one hook behind the door, no trash can in bathroom, bedspread is old and dated, sofa is uncomfortable. This apartment is in need of an overall deep cleaning. The shower has mildew, the baseboards are dusty and overall looks and feels shabby.

Exactly what my wife was looking for. Overlooking the Cape Fear River. Plenty of downtown activity within walking distance. Even more restaurants and stores within 20-30min. of rental.

Amazing Stay!

This property was absolutely everything it advertised AND MORE!! My boyfriend and I came here for just an overnight stay for Valentines Day and this place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, cozy, very well maintained, and has the most amazing river view from the balcony!! It was accessible to all of the restaurants and shops and the owners were very detailed and responsive to make our stay from check in to check out seamless. Also we ended up getting engaged during this trip on the balcony overlooking the river at sunset and it was absolutely beautiful ♥️. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer. Thank you again so much!!

Cute little place

Perfect for a getaway. Right on the river - nothing better than waking up and sitting on the patio with a cup of tea to watch the sunrise, then do it again for sunset! Needed a little better cleaning when I arrived, but the manager was right on it and took care of it immediately. Great communication with the manager, VERY accommodating and responded to my emails within hours. It's a comfortable little apartment. The Riverfront can be a bit noisy on the weekends, but settles down after 10PM. Only negative is if you are staying longer than a weekend realize that there is no washer and dryer in the unit, so doing laundry elsewhere is kind of a bummer, but that was my fault for taking for not noticing when I first booked. The riverfront is a great place to be - lots of restaurants, bars, shops - never had a hard time finding something open. Highly recommend - will absolutely come back!

Amazing view

We had an absolute blast. The view while sitting on the deck in the morning and evening was great! Very close to everything we wanted to do. All we had to do was walk! Will definitely be back again!
